It's convenient to use as you just have to pull the cap up to open it, and it surprisingly removes makeup well. When I'm feeling lazy, I just soak a cotton pad with this and wipe it across my face, then finish up with a cleansing foam in the bathroom. It cleans well, but I still feel a bit unsatisfied using just this alone... I don't usually wear mascara, so I'm not sure how well it removes that, but it did a good job taking off my eyeliner.
ConsPersonally, the scent is a bit... It's not an extremely strong scent, but it's not a pleasant one either, so those sensitive to fragrances may find it unpleasant to use.
TipIt's formulated for combination skin, but it may be a bit drying for those with dry skin. I found it to feel a little tight on my skin when the weather got colder and my skin got drier. However, those who enjoy the convenience of cleansing waters will likely still find this product quite useful as it removes makeup well.

Vallea products are imported from Germany, and they are known for their good value, so I had high expectations when I received the product!! First, I'll write about the parts I liked in the review and the test results.🤗 1. Usage The water-based formula is light and refreshing! Oil-based products can feel heavy, but the water-based formula doesn't require an emulsification process, and you can just wipe it off with a cotton pad or tissue, so it's convenient. 2. Low irritation My combination skin and my sensitive-skinned friend both found it okay! There was no itchiness or breakouts, so that's good👍 The ingredients themselves aren't too bad, so I feel more assured. 3. Good value It's 9,900 won for 400ml! I think the value is really good. Water-based formulas require more product to remove makeup compared to oil-based ones, but at this price point and volume, I think the value is excellent! -Actual usage review for different makeup- In the 2nd and 3rd photos from the bottom, I tested it with <Armani Lip Magnet, MAC Powder Kiss Lipstick, MAC Matte Lipstick, Kiss Me Liquid Eyeliner, Clio Pencil Eyeliner, NARS Concealer, Kiss Me Mascara>. First, the foundation and concealer were removed almost completely without any residue! I usually wear heavy makeup and use matte formulas like Armani Power Fabric or Estee Lauder Double Wear, but it removed them well. For the lip products, although some staining remained with heavily pigmented gel tints or water tints, lipsticks, matte tints, and lacquer tints were generally removed cleanly. The brush-type and liquid eyeliners were removed well, but the Clio gel pencil liner didn't come off easily - that was a bit unexpected... Regular gel liners did remove well, so there seems to be some product-specific differences. Eye makeup in general can be removed by pressing and wiping, but will still leave some residue. + When testing, the Kiss Me mascara didn't I also had trouble removing it😭 Kiss Me is known to be difficult to remove, so I tested just the mascaras separately to see how the others would fare! In the 4th and 5th photos from the bottom, <Make Up For Ever, Clinique, Innisfree, Kiss Me> are shown. The Make Up For Ever and Clinique products were removed very cleanly, but the Innisfree and Kiss Me were not removed well... There do seem to be product-specific differences, so please keep that in mind! Kiss Me is notorious for being hard to remove, and it was indeed the most stubborn one...haha ⚡If you have any questions about the products or the review, please leave a comment! I'll do my best to provide as much information as I can!
ConsI think many people would have found this part uncomfortable... The fragrance is really, really bad 😭 Is it because there is no artificial fragrance added? Anyway, the smell is terrible... But if you wipe it off, you'll get used to it quickly and it'll be fine.
TipWhen removing makeup, using too much product can cause foaming, so it's best to apply it lightly to cotton or makeup remover wipes. For concentrated makeup areas, close your eyes and gently press for about 10 seconds before wiping, which will help remove it more effectively.

I had been using Bioderma products before, and Bioderma tended to dry out and become a bit dehydrated, but this one doesn't dry out and maintains a moisturized feel. - Cleansing It removes even thicker base makeup and color cosmetics, but since it's just water, it's best to use a dedicated makeup remover for color cosmetics. - Sensitive? I didn't experience any irritation or stinging while using it, but individual experiences may vary, so please check the ingredients and use with caution.
ConsI haven't really found any major downsides yet, but the scent is a bit like the chlorine smell of fluoride mouthwash, or a saline solution. Most water-based products claim that you can just use the product alone without further cleansing, but I still feel like I need to do a second cleanse.
TipThe blue-colored one is said to be good for combination/oily skin, and the pink one is good for dry skin. I've been using an embossed cotton pad to help with the cleansing.

I would like to inform you that although I received the product for free, it did not influence my opinion of the product. 1. Lightweight and Moisturizing Among the cleansing waters that sometimes contain moisturizing ingredients, this one did not leave my skin feeling dry immediately after use. I did not need to apply a base product right away, as the moisturizing effect lasted for a long time. I was quite pleased that it felt refreshing without stripping away the moisture. 2. Strong Cleansing Power I usually wear heavy makeup, but it was cleaned off thoroughly with just two cotton pads. Those who wear lighter makeup may find that one pad is sufficient. While eye makeup (except mascara) was also removed cleanly (even glittery eyeshadow), it's still recommended to use an eye makeup remover just in case. 3. Cost-Effective The product volume is quite substantial considering the price. As my skin is on the delicate side, I soak the cotton pads generously, but the ample amount allows me to use it without worry. Given the high quality and the 400ml size, I plan to stock up on a few bottles once I finish this one, as the affordable price makes it a great value. Typically, large containers can be inconvenient to use, being too heavy or prone to leakage, but I did not experience any such issues with this product.
ConsWhile it worked well for me, there were a few reviews mentioning it can be irritating. It would be best to do a patch test before purchasing, though the nature of cleansing waters may make testing difficult. However, if it does not agree with your skin, you can still use it to clean your makeup brushes, as it has great cleansing power and is inexpensive.
