It's also quite expensive.
ConsAs someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced a tingling sensation. The fragrance is truly awful and puts me in a bad mood. It has an artificial cosmetic scent, but over time, it develops a subtle metallic odor, like coins. It's really unpleasant. I've had great experiences with La Roche-Posay's B5 regenerating cream and Hyalu B5 ampoule, but I can't bring myself to apply this to my face.

After application, it leaves a long-lasting moisturized feeling, which made me feel like it was protecting my skin barrier. - Product Packaging: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dropper allows for more hygienic use. The liquid uptake is also good, so I could use it without any major difficulties.
Cons- Scent The fragrance is really overpowering... I'm not sure what scent it is... At first, I got used to it and kept using it despite the strong smell, but when I tried to use it again after a while, the scent was so intense I couldn't bear it. - Effectiveness I'm not sure about its effectiveness for blemish care or antioxidant benefits... - Texture It has a slightly runny consistency. I prefer thicker textures as I don't like products that evaporate too quickly, but this might feel heavy for some. It leaves a sticky residue... - Price The price is brutal... 52,000 won is a bit burdensome, so I'm planning to switch to another vitamin serum that's more affordable...
TipI'll use up the leftovers on my body...

Application: The texture is very similar to a certain cold medicine, but it spreads more thinly and evenly when applied, making it easy to distribute across the skin. Experience: Unlike many vitamin serums that can lack hydration, this one provides a good level of moisture. I've noticed my skin feels softer in the morning after use (though I don't use it daily).
ConsPackaging: The dropper tip isn't well-designed - it has a 1mm hole that causes the product to stream out rather than drop, making it difficult to control the amount. The thick dropper and narrow bottle neck lead to product buildup around the opening and residue inside the cap. Scent: It has a complex artificial fragrance mixing orange, maple syrup, and notes reminiscent of dog shampoo. While these initial scents are tolerable, they fade to reveal an unpleasant rubber and metallic smell that lingers until you wash it off, potentially causing headaches. Minimal Brightening Effect: I used it daily on my chin scars initially but saw no noticeable difference. Interestingly, when I switched to using sunscreen daily instead, my scars actually faded. While it may provide some nourishment that gives an overall brighter appearance, it didn't actually whiten my skin.
TipI don't recommend using this together with the same brand's Cica Plus Balm as it can cause pilling.

I didn't change any other products, so it's definitely the effect of this one. My skin feels soft when I wash my face in the morning and when I apply other products. * Firmness deep within It feels like my skin has become more supple. When I touch it, it feels plump and firm. I'd say it's more elastic. I don't usually use products like this, so it feels great. * Slightly brighter complexion There's a subtle radiance that only I notice. This varies day by day, but I can feel it when I wash my face in the morning. Overall, my skin tone seems clearer. * Rich texture, absorbs well I drop one drop each on my cheeks, nose, and forehead, and it absorbs as I spread it. When I pat it in, I can feel it being absorbed immediately.
Cons* Ingredients The ingredients are the most disappointing aspect. There are three ingredients to be cautious about. I usually avoid using skincare with cautionary ingredients these days, but this one was okay. I wonder if some of these ingredients could be removed. * Packaging It has a dropper, but it doesn't dispense cleanly. Maybe it's because of the texture, but if you're not careful when putting it back, it can drip around the opening. This is something to be mindful of. * Scent (personal preference) At first, I liked the orange scent, but sometimes it can be off-putting. The fragrance is too strong. This varies each time I apply it.
TipI use this right after my toner. Drop one drop at a time and spread it with a light touch. Then, gently cup your face with your warm palms, and you'll feel it charging your skin deeply. This alone isn't enough, so applying an emulsion afterwards is just right (as of September). The emulsion also absorbs well. — Products used — Make P:rem Cleansing Foam 1-2 times Isntree Toner 2-3 times La Roche-Posay Vitamin C Dokdo Emulsion (Cynic The Simple Daily Emulsion)

Due to a business trip, I didn't have much time to use it properly. Still, I feel like I've gotten a good sense of it from the time I did use it. As the name suggests, it's truly an ampoule serum and it's incredibly hydrating. Let's be honest, if a skincare product is moisturizing and doesn't cause blemishes, that's half the battle won, right? I have combination dehydrated skin, so during seasonal changes like now, my cheeks tend to feel very tight. I happened to run out of my previous ampoule when I started using this one, and the feeling was quite different from just using an ampoule alone. There's a slight richness to it, and its thick, concentrated texture really makes it feel like it's fulfilling its role as an ampoule serum. I did feel a slight tingling when I first applied it, but that went away after a couple of days of use. And importantly, no blemishes appeared!
ConsTo be honest, I wasn't a fan of the fragrance. I usually think that as long as a product works well, the scent doesn't matter much. But with this one, there's initially a strong baby powder-like scent, and after application, it develops into something like a metallic smell. These two scents are quite... contradictory, shall we say? Also, there seems to be an issue with the dropper - the product tends to run down the sides a lot. I found myself frantically wiping it up to avoid waste, which was frustrating.
TipIt's the changing of seasons now, right? My routine is to layer on a thick toner, apply this product twice, then use an aloe soothing gel, and finish with a cream. It's not exactly a tip, but this routine really helps to keep my skin hydrated without any pilling. The aloe step can be skipped, but I found my skin felt extremely dry if I skipped this ampoule serum!

I don't have sensitive skin, so please keep my skin type in mind when reading this review. ❗️Skin type: Dry, prone to deep dryness, lots of peach fuzz, average pores, not sensitive but too oily products cause sebum, occasional cystic acne and frequent blemishes in the T-zone, #22 yellow-based complexion 👍Pros 1. Tackles deep dryness => Effective for blemishes The texture is quite rich for an ampoule. It might seem a bit heavy and oily at first, but it becomes delightfully elastic when applied and patted in. I mainly use it in my T-zone, and by addressing the deep dryness, it seems to help with blemish control! ❗️Recommended for very dry skin 2. Brightens complexion, effective on dark spots As a vitamin ampoule, I expected anti-aging and brightening effects. After applying it to my T-zone and cheeks every night for about two weeks, I could notice a brighter complexion in the morning! (Not lightening the skin tone, but evening out dark spots and skin texture for a radiant look) 3. While it might seem pricey for the amount, the rich formula means you only need a little, so it lasts longer!
Cons1. The thick texture means some product gets stuck on the bottle opening every time you use it, which is a bit wasteful. 2. Strong artificial scent It looks fresh and orange-y, but has a strong artificial powdery fragrance that I didn't like. It would have matched the image better if it had a fresh scent like the Goodal serum. 3. Moisturizing and elastic, but causes pilling I only used it for evening skincare It felt a bit heavy during the day, perhaps because it's still warm and I was sweating.
Tip1. Use it in your nighttime skincare routine. Order: Toner > Vita 100 Serum✔️> Moisturizer 2. Dispense onto the back of your hand and pat onto both cheeks. Don't rub, just pat and press with your palms to aid absorption > This helps it absorb better and doesn't irritate the skin.

Texture - The consistency is not too watery, making it easy to apply. It absorbs well when spread properly. Unlike many serums that leave skin either too oily or lacking hydration, this one has a nice balance - slightly sticky yet adequately moisturizing. The overall feel is quite pleasant. Just be careful not to over-apply, or your hair might stick to your face. 2. After-effects - With consistent use, I noticed my skin texture improved, makeup applied more smoothly, and my complexion brightened. My skin had become uneven and textured from neglecting sunscreen during summer, but thanks to this vitamin serum, it feels more stabilized and uniform. 3. Blemishes - I saw reviews mentioning cystic acne after using this, and I did experience some breakouts. However, it wasn't a sudden reaction to the product, as I occasionally struggle with cystic acne anyway. So I don't think this serum was the cause. I tried stopping for a few days, but there was no change. Nevertheless, after my blemishes worsened, I switched from using it twice daily to only in the evenings. This product seems more suited for brightening rather than soothing the skin.
Cons1. Scent - The fragrance is likely to be very polarizing. It has a strong artificial cosmetic scent. I'm sure they didn't intentionally choose this scent, but it's disappointing. I was expecting a sweet and fresh aroma when I first received it, but it's completely different. People sensitive to fragrances might find it difficult to use. 2. Pilling - As the vitamin serum contains xanthan gum in its ingredients, the texture is slightly sticky. If not spread evenly, it can pill up and dry into small brownish clumps. 3. Bottle - While the bottle design is practical for storing the serum, it's inconvenient when closing it after use. The product tends to overflow and stick around the bottle's neck.

Product Packaging: When I first received the product, it came with jelly candies, which felt like a nice bonus! Both the product and the jellies were orange, clearly shouting 'I'm Vitamin C!' It made me think the packaging concept was well-executed. After trying this product, which claims to be good for soothing, moisturizing, improving wrinkles, and exfoliating: Color and Texture: I was surprised to find that not only the bottle but the serum itself was orange-tinted. It really drove home the 'vitamin' concept! The texture, while not entirely clear, felt lightweight. Moisture and After-feel: When applying, there's a pleasant cooling effect that feels refreshing. At first, I worried it might be too moist, thinking my hair would stick to my face. However, it quickly formed a smooth moisture barrier. It didn't just evaporate - instead, it felt like the hydration was locked into the deeper layers of my skin! Usually, I avoid heavy serums, but this one feels light on the skin while maintaining its moisturizing properties. That's why I've been using it consistently. Effectiveness: I typically have redness on my cheeks, but after using this product consistently for a week, I noticed a significant reduction. Perhaps because of this, my overall complexion seemed brighter. Even without makeup, I received many compliments on how vibrant my skin looked.
ConsScent: I've never been particularly opinionated about cosmetic fragrances, but this product made me realize for the first time that a skincare scent could be off-putting. Some people describe it as a white musk scent, but to me, it smells like a strong men's toner. When I apply it before bed, the lingering scent can be a bit bothersome. I would cautiously recommend that those sensitive to smells might want to consider other products. Dropper: Unlike the concave droppers I'm used to in other serums, this one has a straight-edged dropper. It's my first time using this type, so it felt a bit unfamiliar and slightly inconvenient. However, I think I'll get used to it with time! It didn't cause any major issues in dispensing the product. Price: As I received this through The Hwahae Testers, I hadn't paid much attention to the price. When I looked it up for this review, I was surprised to see it's in the 50,000 won range. Considering it's a basic skincare product with about a 2-month shelf life once opened, I found the price a bit burdensome. My repurchase intention is about 60%, assuming there's a discount available.
TipWhen using this product along with other skincare items and then applying makeup, there can be some pilling or clumping. Therefore, I recommend using it at night for skincare purposes.

I was looking for something to replenish my skin's hydration and vitamin C, and I'm thrilled to have won this! It's fantastic. My skin type: Sensitive, between extremely dry and dry. 👉 Hydration I have such dry skin that even applying slightly matte products on my cheeks causes cracking and deep dryness. After cleansing, my skin feels like it's about to tear. So, I prioritize that moisturized feeling. When I apply this before bed, even a thin layer keeps my skin hydrated until the next day! Usually, I need to do intense hydration care before applying cushion foundation in the morning, but with this product, the moisture remains even after washing my face. I was amazed that I could apply cushion without any additional steps (though I do use a hydrating cushion). 👉 Texture I usually avoid sticky or thick textures, but this one is just right! It's slightly rich but not overly so. As it absorbs, it becomes less tacky, which I really enjoy. I love the texture, but if you prefer lightweight, fresh formulas and dislike any stickiness, this might not be for you. 👉 Conclusion Recommended for: Those with dry skin needing hydration or anyone looking for vitamin C benefits! Not recommended for: Those who dislike rich or slightly sticky textures. You probably won't enjoy the formula.
ConsIf there are good points, there must be some downsides too, right? 👉 Scent The fragrance is really... sickly sweet and not pleasant at all. It's overwhelming and smells like old-fashioned cosmetics. I'm quite sensitive to scents, and I couldn't sleep when I applied too much. It's hard to describe - a bit sour? Sweet? That kind of scent. 👉 Ingredients Being sensitive-skinned, I was really worried about the ingredients. While I didn't get acne or anything like that, I'm not sure if it's related, but I occasionally felt itchy, and I developed some small bumps. Not acne, but something similar. 👉 Conclusion Recommended for: 'I don't care about fragrance, I'm not sensitive-skinned, and I just need hydration and vitamin C.' Not recommended for: 'Well... I'm sensitive to fragrances, and my skin reacts badly to certain ingredients...'
Tip- In the evening, try layering it gradually. Apply a bit, let it absorb, then apply more. This method keeps your skin hydrated until the next day! - For those with dry skin who want to use a matte cushion foundation, try applying a thin layer of this in the morning before your cushion. It keeps your skin hydrated even with a matte finish!
