The gentle morning cleanser with exfoliating enzymes, recommended by the staff, leaves my skin feeling soft. Since it's not a physical exfoliant, it's less harsh on the skin. I'm on my third bottle of this product and I absolutely love it! It's incredibly hydrating, non-irritating, doesn't cause blemishes, and leaves my skin feeling great. I switched from Herbalife because it was so uncomfortable, and I'm really satisfied with this one! Hmm... I don't have any major complaints. This is a moisturizing foam cleanser that doesn't lather much. A staff member at the Lush store recommended it to me, and buying the large size was a stroke of genius! I absolutely love it. After cleansing with this, there's no deep dryness, and my skin produces less oil even after applying makeup. They say it's because dry skin overproduces sebum, and I think that's spot on. I'll definitely keep using this. However, I'm a bit uneasy about it being made in Japan... Next time, I might try ordering directly from the UK. It's unfortunate that it's made in Japan... My deep dryness has disappeared! However, I'm not sure about its cleansing effectiveness. It doesn't feel slippery or heavy, but I remove my makeup separately and use this as the final step. I'll probably keep buying it throughout the winter! As mentioned above, the cleansing effectiveness is questionable... My skin felt hydrated and this was gentler compared to other makeup removers The price is quite steep and aside from the benefits mentioned above, I'm not sure what else to say about it

They said it's not great for makeup removal, but it's perfect as a light sunscreen cleanser. I think they're right. Just a heads up, it doesn't foam up. I use it by massaging it onto my bare face, then adding some water and massaging again before rinsing. It definitely makes you go 'wow' at how it improves skin texture and hydration. I tried this on a staff recommendation at the store, and I'm impressed! It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean without any tightness. The scent is delightfully fruity. It's a bit inconvenient that you need a separate spatula. After using it, my skin feels smooth and my complexion brightens up! The pineapple enzyme ingredient helps remove dead skin cells. I make sure to use it every morning during summer when I wash my face. Its cleansing effectiveness is weaker compared to foam cleansers, so I always use a foam cleanser first in the evening, then follow up with this! I find that using this product after foam cleansing really maximizes its benefits. Using it twice a week along with a facial scrub works even better for me.
