I absolutely adore this product! It's my holy grail. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. Among brown eyeshadows, it's perfect for contouring - not too light, not too dark. It's subtle enough to look natural, yet still noticeable. Just perfect! Honestly, there are no downsides. I really can't think of any. I'm using this so well. Though I will say, if you only use this one product, the overall look might be a bit plain. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 17, 2021
Such fine particles at this price point... it's truly amazing. The color is a muted beige-brown, perfect for creating a subtle, sophisticated makeup look. It's not a universally flattering shade that works everywhere. You'll need to find the right color combinations that complement it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 24, 2020
As soon as I applied it, I felt it was incredibly similar to Etude's Radial Gray. It's a muted, low-saturation brown eyeshadow with a grayish tone and no shimmer. The main difference is that Etude has a subtle pearl finish, while this one doesn't. It's really a matter of personal preference. Personally, I prefer this one from BBIA because the color payoff is better. It would also work great as a contour shade. There's nothing particularly bad about it... If I had to nitpick, I'd say that while BBIA eyeshadows are high quality, the range of shades is limited. I wish they'd come out with a wider variety of colors. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 28, 2020
☆ Color: A muted brown that's perfect for creating shadow and contouring effects. ☆ Versatility: It's a two-in-one product! Use it as a contour or eyeshadow. ☆ Application: The texture is incredibly smooth, with no clumping. It applies beautifully and blends effortlessly. ☆ Price: Can you believe the quality you're getting at this price point? It's an absolute steal - stock up now! If you've ever felt that your contour looks too yellow, I highly recommend trying BBIA's Job's Tears shade. I was on the hunt for a contour that wasn't too warm-toned, so I ordered this along with BBIA's Macadamia shade. If your current contour appears too yellow, give BBIA Job's Tears a shot. It might just become your holy grail contour product! There aren't many downsides, to be honest. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there's a bit of excess due to the fine texture, and the case can be slightly tricky to open. But honestly, as this is my holy grail contour, I can't find much fault with it. For a sculpted nose, try layering! Apply BBIA Macadamia as a base contour, then add BBIA Job's Tears on top where you want deeper shadows. It's also beautiful as a base for creating sultry, shadowy eye looks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 10, 2020
Affordable and versatile - great for eyeshadow and contouring! The brown shade has no yellow undertones, making it beautiful on the eyes and perfect for contouring. For a natural jawline contour, blend it out gently with a brush. It's also fantastic for nose contouring - even a small amount makes a noticeable difference! I find it easy to control the amount I apply. There's absolutely nothing to complain about with this product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 12, 2020
The color has almost no red or yellow undertones, making it excellent for contouring. It has a subtle mix of brown and gray, so I recommend it as a cool-toned contour shade. There's quite a bit of excess powder when using a brush. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2020
I bought this for contouring and I love how it creates a natural shadow effect. The brown has a grayish undertone rather than red or yellow, which looks very natural. While the pigmentation is on the lighter side, you can build it up for a more intense look by layering. The disappointing part is definitely the packaging. It feels cheap and the eyeshadow case seems like it could break easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 15, 2019
I use this both as a contour and an eyeshadow. Personally, I reach for it more often for contouring. I love that it's a grayish-brown without any redness, which really suits my taste. The powder is so finely milled that it can occasionally clump when applied with fingers. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 5, 2019
This is exactly the brown shade I've been looking for, without any redness. I use it for my eyebrows and aegyo-sal (under-eye area). It's my holy grail product! The ingredients are a bit disappointing. It contains two types of parabens, which is quite upsetting... Two eyeshadows fit perfectly into a BBIA blush container! It's incredibly convenient. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 17, 2019
It's great as an eyeshadow, but it's even better as a nose contour! I have a deep undertone, light winter cool complexion, and it creates such a natural contour! The grayish-brown shade allows for incredibly natural contouring of the nose, even around the nostrils! I bought this as an alternative to BBIA's Peanut Blossom contour because of its poor ingredients, and this one has better ingredients that don't irritate my skin. I wish it was a bit lighter! I felt the color was a bit too dark even for use as an eyeshadow.
