Pros
I was recommended a hair loss shampoo to maintain my thin and sparse hair. They said it's the #1, so I tried it. At first, my hair did seem to fall out a bit less! I'm not sure about the thickening effect, but my hair does fall out less.

I used about 2 bottles, but I'm not sure if it really helped with my hair loss. And even though I don't have severe oiliness, it seems to make my hair get greasy faster than other shampoos, so I had to stop using it in the summer and switch to the Phyto Fresh shampoo for oily hair.

I have an oily and sensitive scalp type, and after using it for two months, I noticed that my hair gets very oily, especially in the evening before washing. For people with sensitive scalps, the shampoo ingredients may not be good, and you could end up with breakouts like I did. Summary: 1. Oily, but the oil is not easily removed 2. If you have a sensitive type, you could get breakouts (due to poor ingredients)

I was really bothered by dandruff and oily hair, so I tried changing shampoos multiple times, but nothing seemed to work. Then I switched to this shampoo, and it has definitely helped resolve the dandruff and oiliness issues. I've been using it for a few years now.

The downside is that my hair sometimes becomes dry and frizzy. And it still gets a bit oily at times.

I find that letting the shampoo sit for about a minute in lukewarm water, then massaging it into my scalp thoroughly and rinsing it out after 3 minutes, helps control the oiliness in my hair.

This hair loss shampoo is amazing! While I'm not sure if my hair is actually growing back, it does a great job of controlling oil and has a refreshing scent. I also feel like my hair is falling out less. I've been using about 10 bottles over the past 2 years, and it's been perfect for my oily scalp, especially in the fall and winter. This shampoo is my go-to for hair loss.
