  It leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. The lather is great, making it easy to use.

  For the first time in my life, I've developed an itchy scalp... It feels like I might have scalp dermatitis. I usually try different shampoos that are well-reviewed rather than sticking to one, but I've never experienced an itchy scalp before. Sigh... Because of this, I'm getting blemishes on my scalp that I never had before, and the itching is driving me crazy. I used it for 3-4 days, and it's been about 4 days since I stopped, but my scalp is still itchy. I think I need to see a dermatologist... Dermatologist's diagnosis: They said it seems to be contact dermatitis caused by the shampoo. It's best to carefully check the ingredients before purchasing.

  After using this shampoo, I got blemishes on my forehead and hairline... If you have sensitive skin, absolutely avoid this... It caused severe hives and blemishes on my forehead

  My friend gifted this to me, saying it's great for reducing hair loss. It does seem like a nice gift option.

  Unfortunately, it didn't suit me at all. It seemed to clog my scalp, causing inflammation, and the smell on my crown became unbearable. It was really distressing. I'd recommend checking if it works for you before committing to it.

  Strangely, it was good at first, but after using about half the bottle, my scalp started to sting and itch terribly after washing. Eventually, the itching spread to my neck and ears, so I couldn't even finish the product.

  It lathers well and has a nice cooling effect. I bought it as a 1+1 deal at Olive Young, so it's definitely worth the money.

  Cons

  After switching to this shampoo, I developed blemishes on my scalp (which I normally don't get). They appeared all over, causing pain and discomfort. The after-feel isn't squeaky clean, but rather slightly oily. It was okay for my short hair, but I'd recommend a different shampoo for those with oily scalps.

  The lather is incredibly rich and creamy, and you can feel your hair becoming fuller and more voluminous. It's like your hair gains strength, if that makes sense. As for the scent, it's practically fragrance-free!

  The instructions said to leave it on for 2-3 minutes after shampooing before rinsing. But when I did that, I ended up with blemishes on my scalp.

  When I just shampooed and rinsed immediately, I didn't get any blemishes.
