Pros
I have atopic dermatitis on my dry skin. Even though I've tried all the moisturizing products that are said to be good, I always feel like it's not enough. No matter how many times I reapply, the product gets stuck in the stratum corneum, and my skin feels tightly pulled from the inside and flaky on the outside. Moreover, I really dislike the sticky or heavy feeling when applying products, so it was difficult to find the right one. Not only my face, but also excluding summer, I would put oil after showering and have different types of body creams by my bedside, and I would wake up and apply them whenever I felt itchy. But it was useless, so I was always scratching my arms and legs, leaving scarred wounds. Then I learned about the hospital-use Cetaphil AD lotion and used it, and I was freed from all those problems. The regular Cetaphil didn't work, but the hospital-use AD version was great. When applied, there's no greasy feeling at all, and it absorbs lightly and refreshingly without stickiness. I was surprised that the flakiness subsided quickly. After showering, I apply a small amount on my face within 3 minutes, pat it in for absorption, and just a small amount on my body is enough. It absorbs quickly without stickiness, and the small amount is sufficient, so I'm very satisfied. Since using it, the chronic flakiness and body scars I always had disappeared. When you apply it, you may feel that it doesn't absorb immediately and leaves a white cast, so you'll need to spread it out well. The formulation itself doesn't have much oil content, so it doesn't mix immediately with the natural oils in your skin when applied. So, you just need to pat it in to help it absorb. For those with extremely dry skin, this is even more the case. And since there's no oiliness or stickiness, you may be tempted to use a lot, but that can make it feel heavy and greasy. This product really doesn't need a lot - just a small amount patted in is enough to see the effects. And for dry skin, applying too much can actually prevent absorption and leave residue in the flaky layers, potentially causing issues. So if it feels insufficient, just apply another thin layer with patting motions. You'll experience a refreshing, non-greasy, non-heavy feel, with quick results.

Pros
When my baby was suffering from atopic dermatitis, it took several months to completely recover after using three tubes of ointment. However, the symptoms started to gradually return the following year... There seemed to be an issue with one of the ingredients. I've now switched to Weleda White Mallow, but after using it for a few months, there hasn't been any progress, so I'm really worried... I'm revisiting the Hwahae Trial Reviewer again.
Cons
The amount is small and the baby finds it irritating.. I'm not sure why, but they really dislike it and cry, so I'm not sure if I should continue applying it...
