Pros
This product was a perfect match for my severely dry, atopic skin. I've been using this product for years now. It's expensive, but it was worth it for me. Whenever my atopic dermatitis flares up and turns red, I apply this generously and go to sleep, and it helps calm it down a bit. Over time, it gets better. Atopic dermatitis requires finding the root cause, so this doesn't completely cure it, but it works great as a soothing and moisturizing product.
Cons
When my atopic dermatitis gets really bad, applying this thickly makes my skin feel stuffy. I also get occasional breakouts. In the winter, I sometimes get breakouts, and in the summer, it seems to flare up a bit more. So in the summer, I just use a very small amount. Other than that, I haven't had any other issues.
Tip
For those of you with extremely dry, super sensitive skin like mine, mixing this lotion with a drop of the bio oil works perfectly. I apply that mixture every single day.

My skin is moisturized. It's not too troubled, but it has calmed down a bit.
Cons
At first, it felt moisturized, but after applying it a couple of times, it became very slick and oily-looking. So I had to blot it again, which was not great.

Just apply it once.

Pros
As soon as I apply it, I can really feel the moisture. It's super hydrating. I've used up the whole bottle and am now using a different lotion, but I just can't stop thinking about this one.
Cons

The texture and moisture were good :) I usually use a light lotion because I don't like my skin feeling stuffy, and this one wasn't too heavy or too light - it was just right in the middle, so I liked it quite a bit!
Cons
The price is too expensive :( My sister used it and got skin troubles, so I was the only one who used it.

My skin is quite dry, but when I apply the Cetaphil body lotion, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and non-greasy, which I really like. Other body lotions would make my skin feel hydrated but sticky, which made it uncomfortable to wear pants. This lotion, however, is very clean and smooth!

As an atopic patient, I found this lotion to last relatively longer and feel more moisturizing compared to others. I would recommend this to fellow atopic patients.

Not much to say... I couldn't fully use it up as some of it got stuck on the walls and didn't come out.
