Absorbs well, provides great hydration, and keeps skin incredibly moisturized even after hours I bought it without hesitation because it's Cetaphil, but the next day I got several small blemishes - da********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 19, 2023
Thanks to its rich texture, this product maintains hydration for a long time and absorbs well. It's likely to be great for dry skin. I didn't experience any itchiness that can sometimes occur when moisture evaporates from dehydrated skin. There's one ingredient that might not be suitable for everyone. Some people with super sensitive skin have reported feeling a tingling sensation or irritation. However, I personally didn't experience any issues. Make sure to take your time and apply it evenly over a wide area. - mi************Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2023
Hydration hero! I used this for managing pregnancy stretch marks, and the moisturizing effect is truly amazing. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but it's a bit heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. - lj*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2022
I've heard that for skin prone to redness, I should use products rich in ceramides, so I tried this one. It's pretty decent. Wow, as soon as it expired, I started getting blemishes. What a bummer! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2022
I've been using this product consistently since my first child, who has atopic dermatitis, was about a year old. It's been incredibly helpful for dry skin. Although my child's condition has improved and we're now using different products, I still recommend this to others when I hear about skin issues. The price is a bit disappointing. When I first bought it with a prescription from the hospital, I was shocked to pay around 70,000 won for one bottle of emulsion and one bottle of wash. After that, I searched online and managed to find it a bit cheaper for future purchases. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 15, 2021
It's fragrance-free and has amazing hydration power. I first bought it at a dermatologist's office. I have dry skin that tends to develop dead skin cells, but since using this, that's completely gone. I apply it generously on my body and face every day. No blemishes at all. The green Cetaphil sold at Olive Young used to make my skin break out in tiny bumps, but this line doesn't cause that at all. It seems like many people with oily skin also have dehydrated skin. I recommend this product for them. You can use it without worrying about blemishes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2021
The hydration power was so good that my child with atopic dermatitis kept using it. It's such a shame it's been discontinued. It feels slightly heavy and sticky when applying, but once absorbed, the skin feels soft and dry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2021
As someone with atopic/sensitive skin that breaks out with almost everything I put on it, this emulsion is one of the very few products I can apply without worry! The only downside seems to be that this product has been discontinued... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2021
As someone with dry skin, other products often left me feeling parched, but this one keeps my skin feeling hydrated even when used alone. It doesn't absorb exceptionally well. After application, you can feel it sitting on your face for a while. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJan 24, 2021
Great value for money. I mixed it with oil. The fragrance is lovely, and it provides excellent hydration. I really enjoyed using it. I'm not quite sure... I'm really on the fence about this one... I occasionally mixed it with aromatherapy oil for extra hydration.
