I buy packs of 8 from home shopping channels and use them regularly.
ConsWhen the container is almost empty, it's difficult to get the remaining product out.

My husband has been suffering terribly from adult atopic dermatitis since last summer. We happened to get a sample, and surprisingly, even as the humidity dropped in autumn, his skin improved significantly after using this. While the consistency isn't extremely thick, it seems to provide incredibly effective hydration. We've tried all sorts of moisturizers for my husband's atopic dermatitis, but this one works the best. I immediately purchased the full-size product.
ConsThe price, the price, the price! It's so expensive. If you search online, you can find it somewhat cheaper. But picking it up in-store without checking first? That's a heart-stopping moment!
TipWhen atopic dermatitis is severe, try to avoid cleansers with surfactants. Instead, wash frequently with water and apply moisturizer. This can help manage the condition better.

The ingredients are also on the gentle side, so it might be good for kids' moisturizing needs too. I had a small patch of psoriasis on my arm that was dry and itchy, and while other body creams didn't help, this one calmed it down in 2-3 days. It definitely feels hydrating. I bought it through direct purchase and think the price is reasonable for the amount you get. It's not too thin or greasy, but focuses on its moisturizing function. I'm satisfied with the value for money. When using it on the body, I really dislike when products feel like they're sitting on top of the skin or make clothes stick to you. While it doesn't absorb completely to the point where it feels like you're not wearing anything, once it's sufficiently absorbed, it doesn't stick to clothes. For facial use, I used to finish my skincare routine with essence, eye cream, and moisturizer, skipping emulsion as I thought it was just for coating. With this AD emulsion, I could skip the cream step, except in very dry seasons. Even using it this way, I didn't feel dry.
ConsIt was a really good product, but I'm only giving it 3 stars because... it causes blemishes on my face. Products containing shea butter always cause breakouts for me. Painful, red, swollen pimples. If shea butter doesn't agree with you, be cautious. I really didn't want to give up on this emulsion, so I tried it several times, but every time I applied it, painful pimples would appear within hours. In the end, I only use it for my body. I'm satisfied with it as a body product. While it doesn't leave a thick finish, the texture itself is quite rich, so you need to spread it well. It spreads like a makeup base that's pilling, almost like the emulsion is balling up. If not applied properly, it can look a bit clumpy like sunscreen white cast. Of course, it doesn't actually have any color... When using a large amount, it's best to spread it thoroughly and make sure it absorbs well. Regarding the purchase route: I'm not sure how it's distributed now, but I bought it from an overseas direct purchase shop. When I bought this product, it wasn't available offline in Korea, which was somewhat inconvenient.
TipIf only the shea butter had agreed with me, this would have been my holy grail product. It's not burdensome to use generously on both body and face. I really want to recommend it to those whose skin agrees with the ingredients.
