  Pros

  This is the gentlest and most hydrating cleanser I've ever used! After washing, it feels like my face has been coated with a layer of moisture, similar to how it feels after using a sheet mask. I've been using it for about 3 days, and my skin texture has become much firmer! It's almost that time of the month, but I can see that the blemishes that were about to appear are slowly subsiding...! I haven't tried wearing makeup yet, but I've noticed that my usual skincare products are absorbing faster and not sitting on top of my skin. I bought this after seeing an Instagram ad, and I was skeptical at first, but it's really amazing. I missed out on the free gifts, so I bought the special foam maker and cotton pads separately, and I'm glad I did. I mainly use the foam maker to create lather and then rinse lightly with water. I'm not usually one to stock up on cosmetics, but I might just buy extras of this when it's on sale.

  Cons

  Using it as an exfoliating toner as suggested in the instructions and ending the cleansing routine there... feels a bit uncomfortable. When used that way, there's a slightly itchy or tingly sensation as the cleanser evaporates. However, it's nice to be able to cleanse up to the neck without getting water on your clothes when using it like an exfoliating toner.

  Pros

  It's great that you don't need to wash it off, it's gentle, and when used with a foam maker, the lather is delightfully rich and creamy.

  Cons

  The downside is that even though I use a foam maker, it comes in a plastic container, which feels wasteful.

  As a 20-week pregnant woman, I've been using this product since before my pregnancy and absolutely love it. First of all, the ingredients are safe, which gives me peace of mind as an expectant mother. After cleansing, my skin feels plump and hydrated, which is fantastic. It even removes eye makeup effectively, so it's a win-win situation!

  Cons

  I've been using it for months now, and it's hard to find any drawbacks.

  Tip

  When used with the pads released by Hwahae, the pads retain the cleansing water for longer, allowing you to save on both pads and cleansing water!

  Pros

  This is the first cleansing water that even removes makeup from the sides of my nose! The cleansing effectiveness is insane, and it works even better with the dedicated cleansing pads. Plus, it's incredibly hydrating!! I bought it because I heard it contains a lot of essence, and it really does make my skin feel firm. It's genuinely hydrating... I'm in tears because of how moisturizing it is! As a 7-year veteran of cleansing waters, I'm sold on this one. Please, Hiya, never discontinue this product!

  For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit heavy during the summer.

  Tip

  It removes eye makeup well too, but make sure to keep your eyes tightly closed when cleansing to avoid irritation. When I contacted customer service, they said it's due to the properties of the natural surfactants.
