The skin looks beautiful with a radiant glow. It doesn't separate easily. Despite being a natural shade, it doesn't have an overly yellow undertone and looks very natural. Considering the price point, it's truly an excellent foundation. I've actually finished two bottles of this! Highly recommended. However, if you have oily skin, it might break down a bit easily. No matter how much powder you apply... Also, as expected, if you're darker than shade 24, it might be a bit light. If you're looking for a natural color match, I wouldn't recommend it for deeper skin tones. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2022
It looks natural and provides great coverage! As time passes, it develops a subtle glow, giving you that radiant complexion. It seems to cause a bit of darkening, and there's a slight tendency to settle into fine lines. However, applying multiple thin layers helps mitigate this issue. For a more natural look, try mixing it with a brightening moisturizer with SPF. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2022
The product applies thinly and adheres well to the skin. It's easy to control the amount you use, and it spreads smoothly for a natural makeup look. The thin application allows for a seamless, natural finish. Unfortunately, the makeup tends to separate quickly and doesn't have great staying power. Also, considering the quality, the price point is a bit on the higher side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2021
I heard so many great things about this product being perfect for oily skin, so I had high expectations when I bought it. And I wasn't disappointed! The application is fantastic - unlike some matte finishes that can set too quickly and be a bit frustrating, this one was just right. As for coverage, I'm not one to cake on foundation to hide every flaw (I prefer a more natural look with just a light application), but even with a small amount, the coverage was impressively satisfying. Being someone with oily skin, I'm always concerned about foundation breakdown. Compared to other foundations I've used from Etude House, Estée Lauder, and Hanyul, this one had a tendency to break down in a particularly messy way. Because of this, I only used it initially and then switched to a different product. Now I'm left with an unfinished bottle... - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 23, 2021
Even though it's a light shade, it doesn't make my face look like it's floating. Instead, it brightens my complexion naturally, as if it's my own skin. I can't think of anything particularly bad. It just seems like an ordinary product. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 22, 2021
I highly recommend this for people with yellow undertones. If you're a shade 23, this is perfect for you. It applies naturally and provides great coverage. The longevity isn't the best, as it may start to separate or fade after some time. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2021
It applies so smoothly, just like an emulsion! The scent is really lovely too. I love how it blends naturally into the skin. Unfortunately, it tends to transfer a bit when wearing and removing a mask, especially on the cheeks and chin. I don't have anything else to add. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 30, 2020
Base: It's a yellow base! I'm really satisfied with how well it neutralizes redness. It's great for clearing acne scars and redness. It looks natural, not overly bright, so it's suitable even for men to use. Texture: It's slightly runny with good spreadability, making it easy to apply smoothly. Packaging: I prefer the pump-type container as it's hygienic and easy to clean. Just remember to control the amount you dispense. Hydration: Highly recommended for combination dehydrated skin in fall and winter! It's not too matte, and the oil and moisture balance is excellent. The ingredients list shows butylene glycol, which is known for its moisturizing effects. Longevity: While it's not exceptionally long-lasting, it generally lasts about 6 hours, which is better than cushion foundations. Moisture: You can feel the hydration in the texture itself. It's between semi-matte and dewy, which is perfect. Price: I bought it on sale for around $15-16. The original price is $18, which is neither too cheap nor too expensive. Scent: There's a slightly sour scent. I prefer fragrance-free products as my skin gets red easily, so I'm wary of fragrances. Ingredients: Compared to my previous foundation, this one caused more redness and skin issues the next day. It contains talc, which is a high-risk ingredient. It also has ethylhexyl and octinoxate for UV protection, which are red flags for sensitive skin. I've been doing intensive night skincare, using the Bija line skin treatment to calm localized areas and redness every night. If I skip skincare for a few days, blemishes appear immediately. Coverage: I'd give it 2 out of 5 stars. It's just enough to even out skin tone, not for dramatic coverage. It covers freckles, blemishes, and redness to some extent, so I recommend using it with a concealer. Note that it doesn't cover pores well, so using a primer for pore control might be helpful. Adherence: It transfers easily... Be careful around the neckline of clothes and your partner's clothing. Breakdown: No foundation is completely immune to breaking down or settling into lines. Be cautious when using rich skincare products with this hydrating foundation, as it can attract fine dust and create creases as oil surfaces over time. This seems more pronounced with yellow-based foundations. The oil and moisture balance needs to be managed well to prevent it from breaking down too messily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 27, 2020
Among matte foundations, this one personally suited me incredibly well. It's truly a holy grail foundation! Despite being matte, it doesn't feel overly drying, which I love. The absorbs well and adheres nicely to the skin without pilling. I'm not sure about others, but for me, the shade of this foundation matches my complexion perfectly, making it so natural and wonderful to use. The packaging is a bit disappointing. Sometimes when pumping, too much product comes out. For those with dry skin, make sure to layer your skincare thoroughly before applying! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 21, 2020
I used this product along with shade 201. I applied it to contour the outer areas of my face. The color is natural and not too dark. The semi-matte finish worked well for my oily skin, but those with dry skin might find it a bit drying.
