It looks natural and provides great coverage! As time passes, it develops a subtle glow, giving you that radiant complexion. It seems to cause a bit of darkening, and there's a slight tendency to settle into fine lines. However, applying multiple thin layers helps mitigate this issue. For a more natural look, try mixing it with a brightening moisturizer with SPF. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 7, 2021
I've been using this product for about six months to a year. The shade 22-23 was a perfect match for me. I loved that it wasn't too red or yellow. It might be a bit dark for those with 21-22 skin tones. The coverage was great, especially since the color matched well. I could layer it without concealer when I didn't need much coverage. The staying power was impressive compared to cushions I used before. I rarely needed to touch up, except maybe a bit in the T-zone during lunch at school. It didn't transfer noticeably. For my combination skin, it wasn't drying and felt just right. One of its best features is how beautifully it breaks down without looking too shiny. It also covered my pores in the T-zone quite well, especially when applied with a brush. Although my skin isn't extremely sensitive, I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation from this product. I've repurchased the glow version and plan to buy it again. Since it's shade 23, there's a risk of looking too dark if there's oxidation. This product does seem to darken a bit over time. After wearing it for a while, I noticed my face looked quite dark. When I removed it, my bare skin appeared much lighter. However, it's not too severe, and I found mixing it with a bit of shade 21 foundation worked well. Regarding the ingredients, I didn't notice any issues while using it, but when I checked on Hwahae, I was surprised by the composition. Those with super sensitive skin should definitely check the ingredients list, and I realized I need to be more careful with cleansing. Using a puff works fine, but tapping it on with a brush can really help cover pores. Comparing it to the glow version, they're honestly quite similar, and I like them both. If you already have one, I wouldn't necessarily recommend buying the other version. But if you're choosing between the two, I'd recommend this one. You can always mix it with a glow oil or similar product to get a nearly identical effect to the glow version. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 11, 2021
This was my first time using this foundation, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of longevity and color-fixing power. I think it's truly excellent value for money! If you don't properly exfoliate dead skin cells, the foundation tends to look a bit patchy around blemishes. Also, I noticed significant darkening of my complexion, which was disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 25, 2021
I really liked how it seemed to cover up things like blackheads and pores to some extent I didn't end up using it very often because it caused too much darkening on my skin - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 24, 2021
Feels like wearing concealer. It provides full coverage makeup. It beautifully brightens your skin, giving you a lively yet sophisticated look. The adherence is excellent. The finish is between matte and dewy. I tend to get bloodshot eyes often, especially in my left eye. Even when this product doesn't get into my eyes, it still causes irritation and slight redness. I have acne-prone skin, and this makes my blemishes appear more prominent. While it covers the color of pimples, it accentuates their texture. This is the worst aspect. The fragrance is somewhat irritating. It leaves a grayish cast immediately after application. Recommended for those with smooth skin free of blemishes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 25, 2020
It's the best among affordable options. Absorbs well and gives a nice skin finish. There's a bit of darkening, and the staying power is weak... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinNov 15, 2020
At first, it goes on moisturizing, but after finishing my makeup, it settles to a perfectly matte finish! That's why I use it well regardless of the season! Also, the coverage is so good that I don't even need concealer! I used to use Etude House foundation, but after switching to this one, people have been telling me my skin looks great! There's a slight darkening effect... but it's not too severe, so it's still okay! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 28, 2020
Great coverage. That's about it... Blemish explosion! After one use, I broke out in hives. When it calmed down, I tried again because I didn't want to waste it, but it resulted in a full-on acne outbreak. I had to toss it and buy something else. I got shade 23, which was way too dark. The darkening effect is insane - by afternoon, I looked like I had a completely different complexion! I've never seen a foundation do this before. While I do have acne-prone and super sensitive skin, other products have never caused such a severe reaction. Extremely disappointed, I've switched to a different product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 26, 2020
It really adheres to the skin like a second skin. And it applies so thinly that I've been using it for about 3 years now! The amount is a bit too small, and it turns slightly grayish later on... But other than that, it's pretty decent. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2020
The coverage, color, and texture are decent enough to cover your complexion and small blemishes. But what really makes this foundation stand out is its staying power and how it enhances your skin. When I can't touch up my makeup for a long time or want my skin to look its best, I always reach for this. Once it blends with your skin's natural oils, it creates such a beautiful finish and the color harmonizes perfectly with your skin tone. It's truly amazing! The foundation color itself has a slightly grayish undertone. It looks perfect once it mixes with your skin's oils, but until then, your skin might appear a bit ashy. For an incredibly natural look, try applying it with a damp sponge. It gives such a subtle and beautiful finish. The skin appearance varies slightly depending on whether you use a brush, sponge, or cushion puff, but personally, I found the sponge gave the smoothest, most flawless finish!
