I have combination skin. The coverage is good and it applies fairly well! The staying power is really impressive for the price. The foundation has a yellow undertone, so when applied, it makes my skin look a bit sallow. While the coverage is good, it feels a bit thick when applied, which is slightly disappointing. It might be better to use a purple or pink-toned makeup base before applying this foundation. Try to apply it as thinly as possible on the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 13, 2020
My skin naturally has redness on the inner cheeks, while my nose, forehead, and outer cheeks are yellowish. This foundation did a great job balancing out the redness on my cheeks. It even covers small blemishes to some extent. I have extremely oily skin with deep dryness, so even when I apply a slightly richer base, this foundation's matte finish prevents pilling and adheres well to my face. I usually prefer a natural, barely-there look for my base makeup, and this foundation allows for that while still providing decent coverage when applied thinly. However, it doesn't completely conceal acne. Due to its matte nature, if you don't blend it quickly after applying, it can leave marks on your face. Make sure to spread it rapidly. It might not fully cover areas with severe skin discoloration or scarring. Proper layering is essential. As it's a natural beige shade, it can look slightly yellow when applied. If you dislike this, consider choosing a shade lighter. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 18, 2020
This was my first time using a foundation, and I've found my holy grail! The color seems a bit too yellow for me. Also, it transfers slightly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 5, 2020
It applies beautifully and even looks pretty as it fades. The semi-matte finish isn't sticky, and it provides good coverage. On days when your skin isn't at its best, it can crack after a while. For very dry skin, it might feel a bit dehydrating. The color leans quite yellow, so on days with severe darkening, it can make you look a bit sallow. It works best when applied over a solid skincare routine. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 21, 2020
My skin type is normal (for reference: my hands are shade 21, face is shade 23). Overall, the product performance was excellent. It doesn't get patchy or break down! I went out for about 6 hours wearing this, and it barely faded. I didn't experience any skin tightness or other issues. Let me break it down in more detail: 1. Adherence It really adheres well to the skin. Truly impressive. 2. Coverage The coverage is good. 3. Amount The 30ml size is generous. 4. Price At under $20, it's not too expensive. 5. Longevity This is where it really shines. The staying power is fantastic! (Updated) The color is a bit yellow. If you're going to buy it, I'd recommend the V (pink base) version. I didn't check the ingredients when I bought it, and now I see they're not great either. It pairs well with The Face Shop's Air Cotton Makeup Base. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 29, 2020
In terms of value for money, it's really great! The coverage, adherence, and lasting power were all good. However, I didn't feel like it had any particularly outstanding strengths... But considering the price, I'd give it 4 stars! I'm actually writing this to talk about the disappointing aspects. The shade 21 seemed generally well-formulated. However, shade 23 had too much of a yellow undertone and darkened a bit, which was really disappointing... Those who use shade 23, please keep this in mind when purchasing!! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 1, 2020
The texture is semi-matte, feeling moisturizing when applied but drying to a matte finish! That's why if you use a hydrating product as the last step of your skincare routine before applying this, your makeup won't look patchy! The coverage isn't exceptionally high, so it's best to use it along with a concealer! The shade is a bit too yellow... I wish it had slightly less of a yellow undertone... It seems to apply even better when used with a Pily Mily puff! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 6, 2019
To be honest, I can't find any positives. The drawbacks outweigh any potential benefits. This is just my personal opinion, but I'd recommend those with skin like mine to avoid this product. As someone with spring warm undertones, I bought N23, but it had an overly yellow tint. The application was thick, it separated quickly, and made my skin feel suffocated. I have combination dehydrated skin that gets oily, and this made it worse - dry with dead skin cells flaking while still producing oil. It was a disaster. Plus, as I have super sensitive skin, it caused a tingling sensation and redness. For those like me with combination dehydrated, super sensitive skin that's prone to oiliness, I really can't recommend this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 4, 2019
Absorbs well in a thin layer and has good staying power. No darkening observed. The color had too much of a yellow undertone. It can sometimes separate a bit after a while, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2019
The coverage and adherence are top-notch! The staying power is excellent too. Since I started using this product, I don't need to touch up my makeup. I can't think of any drawbacks... Maybe the color? It has a slight yellow undertone, if I had to point something out.
