I loved the rosy pure color - it's a natural pink that beautifully brightens the complexion. For those with dry skin, it's quite matte, so you need to quickly spread it over your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2019
I'm on my third bottle and love how well my makeup applies over it! The subtle pink tint is lovely, and I think I'll stick to this product exclusively. It seems to darken my skin tone a bit, which is unfortunate. Other than that, it's absolute perfection. Works great when applied with a damp makeup sponge. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinNov 19, 2019
Out of all the foundations and cushions I've used, this had the most beautiful shade. For me, what matters more than coverage or longevity is the lack of darkening, the brightness of the foundation color, and how pretty the tone is - and the Double Lasting ticked both boxes. It's slightly brighter and more pink-toned than The Face Shop's Ink Lasting in shade 103. It's a light ivory that's perfect for those who find typical 21 shades a bit lacking. The texture is neither too runny nor too thick - just right. Despite its name 'Double Lasting', it doesn't set instantly or feel super matte upon application. Instead, it's comfortably powdery and spreads well. Comparing its coverage to other foundations I've tried, I'd say it's medium to medium-high. It doesn't break down unattractively over time, and there's no noticeable fading or transfer. While there is some darkening, it's not severe. Overall, it's a reliable product that I reach for when I'm unsure what to apply in the morning. Usually, I feel like most foundations are quite similar, so I try different ones after finishing one. But with this, I actually repurchased it. When it was almost empty and wouldn't pump anymore, I felt genuinely upset! Anyway, if you're looking for a foundation in this price range, I highly recommend the Double Lasting. It gets oily and breaks down quickly on areas with more sebum, like the nose. Is this the case with all foundations? I found that applying it with a beauty blender worked best. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSep 17, 2019
The color is absolutely stunning, a truly unique and beautiful pink base. It's really one-of-a-kind. I'm not a fan of thick, matte formulas, but I'm using it because of the color. I wish Etude would release a foundation in the same shade that's thinner, doesn't break down, stays clean-looking, and has a bit of a glow. Etude... you know how much money I've spent on you all this time, right? (Actually, I have no idea) - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 14, 2019
First off, I loved the scent and it seems reasonably priced. The pink base gives a lovely radiant complexion, which I really appreciated. While it doesn't provide full coverage, the concealing power isn't bad at all. I'm not sure about its staying power. When I apply it in the morning, I definitely need to touch up by lunchtime. My skin tends to get quite oily, so it doesn't break down gracefully on me. In my experience, using a damp sponge works much better than a brush for application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 17, 2019
I have oily, acne-prone skin with a shade range of 13-17. As someone who's always trying different foundations, this is the first one I've actually finished a whole bottle of! The color should work well for those with similar fair skin tones, and its pink base makes your face look brighter. The adherence to the skin is great too. As someone with oily skin, I found this foundation particularly suitable. It looks dewy when first applied but quickly sets to a matte finish. Plus, I found the staying power to be quite good. The way it breaks down seems to vary a lot. Sometimes it fades beautifully, other times it clumps up unattractively. This seems to be a case-by-case situation. Also, I know a few people who've experienced blemishes from this product, so that too seems to depend on individual skin types. I apply it using a regular makeup sponge dampened with water. For areas that need lighter coverage, like around the nose, instead of applying the foundation directly to my face and then blending, I first dab the foundation onto the sponge and then apply it to my face. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 28, 2019
When I used this foundation, I had dry skin, but maybe because I applied a solid base, I didn't experience any flaking or cracking. It gives a soft, pink-toned glow, and considering the price, it's a great value. I have a lot to say about this... The product itself is good, but the staying power is really... It's like they didn't even consider longevity when making it. I thought it was just me, but when my friend borrowed my foundation, she had to reapply after just 3 hours because it had completely disappeared, leaving her complexion looking dull. Seeing that made me realize it wasn't just my problem, so I'm sharing this. If you're someone who definitely touches up your makeup throughout the day, then go ahead and buy it. Otherwise, you might regret it... Still, it looks pretty when first applied, so I do recommend it... somewhat. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJun 22, 2019
The color has a pink base, but it's just the right shade of pink that gives a fresh, vibrant finish. It dries to a semi-matte finish, so I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who loves that look! Unfortunately, it doesn't wear off gracefully. It tends to break apart in little clumps rather than fading evenly. Because of this, you'll need to be more attentive when touching up throughout the day. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 1, 2019
The author mentions they have fair skin and typically use foundation shade 18. They love the color, describing it as a pink-beige with a hint of ivory that suits them perfectly. After experiencing stress from darkening issues with previous base products, they were thrilled to discover Double Lasting, which doesn't darken at all (explaining why they're on their second bottle). They also appreciate how it fades beautifully throughout the day. To be honest, it's very drying. The author combats this by using a damp beauty sponge, applying thorough skincare (7-skin method), using this as a base and touching up with a cushion. However, they note it might be better suited for those with oily skin. The product seems to look even better as time passes, making the author want to apply makeup well before going out. For those with dry skin like the author, they recommend applying it with a damp sponge. Compared to Lancome Teint Miracle, it seems to have less product despite the same volume, possibly due to the packaging or because you need to use more product per application. Remember to shake well before use, as instructed on the back of the product. In the last photo, it's the first (rightmost) of the three options shown. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 28, 2019
I bought the Etude House Double Lasting Foundation to brighten up my complexion after dyeing my hair a lighter color! I don't like yellow-tinted skin, so I was thrilled that this has a pink base feel. The size fits perfectly in one hand, making it convenient to carry around. It offers great coverage while still looking natural - absolutely fantastic! As shown in the photo, it's a pump-type bottle, but product tends to accumulate around the nozzle, which is a bit disappointing. I want to keep it clean, but it gets messy, which is frustrating. When used together with the Thank You Farmer product I reviewed earlier, it creates a truly beautiful makeup look!
