It clears your head and improves blood circulation, which is crucial for hair health and preventing hair loss. Don't just press with your fingers for 3 seconds; use a gua sha tool to loosen it up multiple times, especially at the back of your neck and head. Daily scalp circulation management benefits: Slightly improved skin texture, clearer complexion when you wake up, and loosened scalp muscles can even help with facial lifting (it's a very subtle effect, but every little bit helps!). Make both décolleté and scalp massages a habit!

There's nothing particularly bad, except maybe the price? But I use it every other day, so it's okay. I'll probably use it daily in winter, but skip it on really humid summer days.
