* This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. (I have an oily scalp, but severe scalp dryness when seasons change. My hair is damaged from frequent bleaching.) When sprayed once, it dispenses just the right amount, and it sprays well even when held upside down. It has a refreshing scent. It absorbs well without leaving any residue. ※As I haven't used it for long, I'll need to observe the effects a bit more :) The delivery box made me laugh so hard. Such a great sense of humor... It really made my day. Haha! Though I did worry a bit if my neighbors might have seen that box. Haha! When I used the tonic and then blow-dried my hair, I felt a slight tingling sensation when the dryer's air hit near my eyes. I think it's because of the menthol ingredient. (It's probably best not to spray too close to the forehead area when applying to the crown.) What bothered me, rather than being a downside, was that this tonic has a scent. I'm used to using unscented hair tonics, so the fragrance was noticeable to me. (The scent does fade over time though.) - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 12, 2020
The Hwahae Testers review is here! I was surprised to be selected for The Hwahae Testers! First off, this product is a scalp toner targeting hair loss care. Based on the instructions, it's not a rinse-off product, so you can use it after washing your hair. A year ago, I went wild with bleaching and dyeing, and now I'm dealing with the aftermath. While my hair is the most damaged, I've also felt the need for scalp care. With bleached hair that doesn't dry easily, I found that long blow-drying sessions were causing scalp heat issues. Since I only use cooling shampoos, I was already fond of this product before using it because it contains menthol for a cooling effect. I didn't have high expectations, but it was surprisingly, genuinely cooling. Five stars for the cooling function right off the bat... I was worried about product buildup on my scalp, but it was fine when I sprayed it on before using the hair dryer. The price... I was shocked when I saw the regular price! The 100ml volume seems like it will run out quickly since you need to spray it multiple times while parting your hair to reach the scalp. The price barrier for repurchasing is quite high. However, since I have it now, I like it and will use it well, treating it as a special scalp care routine. Use on the scalp after washing your hair and towel-drying. After towel-drying, I pressed out as much moisture from my scalp as possible, then sprayed this product and massaged it in with my fingers to help it absorb. Afterwards, I thoroughly blow-dried from the scalp to the hair... The cooling effect is even more noticeable during blow-drying than when applying the product.
