After using it for a while, I feel like my hair roots are getting a bit stronger? Also, remember that the scalp is skin too. If you shampoo thoroughly and let it dry out completely, your scalp can age prematurely. This tonic is perfect for keeping it balanced. I think it's a bit better than the RNH tonic. Oh, and that AMT thing wasn't great for me. Hair loss is one of the most mysterious areas of skincare, far more complex than regular skin treatments. I'm not expecting miracles from a tonic, but I'm satisfied if it helps reduce hair loss and prevents further damage to the roots. It's good for hair loss prevention! There's nothing particularly bad, except maybe the price? But I use it every other day, so it's okay. I'll probably use it daily in winter, but skip it on really humid summer days. I use all sorts of expensive products on my face, so I don't mind spending on this for my scalp since it's the only thing I use there. Make scalp massage a habit! Good blood circulation in the scalp is beneficial for hair growth. (Stating the obvious to wrap up) Oh, and for those with particularly hard scalps that hurt even with light pressure, you really need to loosen up your scalp. It clears your head and improves blood circulation, which is crucial for hair health and preventing hair loss. Don't just press with your fingers for 3 seconds; use a gua sha tool to loosen it up multiple times, especially at the back of your neck and head. Daily scalp circulation management benefits: Slightly improved skin texture, clearer complexion when you wake up, and loosened scalp muscles can even help with facial lifting (it's a very subtle effect, but every little bit helps!). In photos, my part started to look glaringly empty. I was really worried, but Dr. Graft's hair tonic completely solved my concerns! I'm so grateful to the friend who introduced me to this scalp tonic... truly my savior. I've been using it for 6 months now. You might wonder, 'When I use hair tonics, I get more scalp blemishes and it feels greasy and heavy. Will this product be the same?' Not at all! I've tried many other tonics that oddly caused more scalp blemishes and left my hair feeling unpleasant and too oily. I thought hair tonics just weren't for me. When I sprayed it on my scalp to address hair loss concerns and itchiness, I felt a refreshing coolness. It seems great for reducing heat on the scalp. I'm not sure about any significant effects yet. I decided to try this before going to the doctor for hair loss. After using it for about 3 months, a friend mentioned that my hair looks fuller. I've been using it along with biotin supplements, and while I can't pinpoint exactly what's causing the improvement, I'm thrilled to see results. It's so convenient - just spray it on the desired areas after washing your hair and massage it in with your fingers. Highly recommended! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The only minor issue is that sometimes the spray nozzle doesn't work properly.

It feels refreshing... I like that it's cool without being runny. The ingredients list is disappointing. It seems to be just for a cooling effect? Not really effective for hair loss... It might be better to spray this before going to bed. After all, nighttime is when skin regeneration happens.

While it's not a hair growth solution, its cooling effect seems great for reducing scalp heat. The price seems a bit on the higher side. I have seborrheic scalp and tend to get scalp blemishes when I'm even a little tired. I usually can't use just any hair care product due to scalp blemishes, but this product seems to work well for my scalp. First off, I like how it feels cooling and seems to immediately reduce scalp heat. It also helps boost volume at the roots, especially at the crown. It doesn't seem to have much hydrating power. I haven't seen a scalp tonic with good hydration yet... For those who wash their hair in the evening, it's good to spray this both morning and night.
