Usually, I don't like applying multiple layers, so I typically just wipe with toner before bed or use a mask when my skin isn't at its best. However, I liked that even after applying toner, emulsion, and oil, it didn't feel like I had applied too much. The scent is organic...? The herbal fragrance isn't too strong, just a subtle aroma that isn't irritating. Words can't really do it justice - you need to see the effects in the photos. I've always had concerns about my butterfly zone, so I wanted to focus on showing that area. The butterfly zone has been more problematic than my forehead or T-zone, and I've tried various products, but nothing seems to work as effectively as this. My blemishes used to be like volcanoes, rivaling mountain ranges, but now my skin is smooth! I was worried about it staining my pillow or blanket since I apply it before bed, but using the dropper to apply small amounts doesn't even leave residue on my hands. I kept touching my face in amazement, and my hands felt soft too. It's great that it doesn't transfer to the pillow, and despite being an oil, it leaves a soft, non-greasy finish. I used to be self-conscious about my bumpy blemishes that couldn't be concealed when I went out with makeup, but now I'm thrilled!
ConsThe downside is that because it's a dropper and tends to drip, you have to rub it in with your hands, which can be inconvenient. So I complete my entire routine, including the oil, in the bathroom after washing my face. It's a hassle to go back to wash my hands after rubbing the oil on my face... And the price... it's quite steep. Looking at the pamphlet that came with it, the price is... I'll have to think more about repurchasing. But I was surprised they gave me 30ml instead of the 10ml I expected for The Hwahae Testers... It's a shame I can only attach 6 photos, as I have progress pictures up to day 8.
TipI'll update if anything comes to mind while using the product!

My skin is also super sensitive, breaking out in small bumps and blemishes if there's an ingredient that doesn't agree with me. That's why I carefully check the ingredients in skincare products and stick to what works for me. Despite having dry skin, I apply oil at night even in summer, and it doesn't feel sticky or heavy at all. When I wake up in the morning, it's like the oil has vanished... my skin feels parched. As winter approached, my skin felt beyond dry - it felt like it was about to crack. So I completely changed my skincare routine. While switching, I also changed my oil. I was torn between Caudalie and Kora Organics, but Miranda Kerr's beauty swayed me to choose this product. - Ingredients: To be honest, the Hwahae app shows 4 caution ingredients. However, there are no PEGs that can dehydrate the skin or any cautionary ingredients that don't work for me. Since I lack both oil and moisture, balancing these is more important than individual ingredients. So I trusted the noni extract, mineral oil, and plant-based oils like sea buckthorn oil and made the purchase. I've been using it for about two weeks with no blemishes. - Application: It feels more like a serum than an oil, so it's less sticky. This means it doesn't cause my makeup to separate or pill when applied in the morning. Still, since it is an oil, there might be slight pilling. That's why I mix 2 drops with my foundation when applying. It actually seems to help my makeup adhere better. - Scent: Fragrance is very important to me. I really dislike artificial floral scents or that typical department store cosmetics counter smell. This one has a... herbal? kind of scent. It's like it's saying 'I'm natural, I'm organic'. I'm satisfied with it. - Longevity: This is the most important part. I actually dislike the typical stickiness of oils, so I've tried less sticky ones before, but those just disappear as if I never applied them. My face starts feeling very tight even before lunchtime. There's no point in using an oil if it absorbs too quickly, no matter how well it applies. The Noni Face Oil seems to last longer than that. When I touch up my makeup, it seems to separate less than before. If I apply it in the morning, I don't feel any tightness until at least 3-4 PM.
ConsThe downside is the price! It's wickedly expensive... Also, even though it's an oil, it has a serum-like texture that flows easily, so if you're not careful, it can drip onto the floor.
TipDespite this, I think I'll buy it again when I run out. Above all, I like that it's organic and not tested on animals. Plus, it's hard for me to find products that work well without causing blemishes. And the bottle is pretty too. Miranda is even prettier though.
