I've been dying to try them, and finally, they've launched in Korea, so I gave them a go. Scent: A very subtle lavender fragrance lingers. It's nice because it gives you that aromatherapy feeling. Absorption and texture: Of all the oils I've used in my life, I've only tried rosehip and noni oil. Compared to rosehip, this absorbs quite quickly and doesn't sit on top of the skin. So the texture feels drier than other oils I've used. Effectiveness: To be honest, I'm not entirely sure, but while using it, my skin hasn't broken out and feels balanced?
ConsThe price is wickedly high...^^ It's really good, but if it's not on sale, I wonder if I'd buy it again!

It's slightly heavier than water, but thinner than a runny essence. The subtle fragrance is pleasant, and it absorbs well into the skin.
ConsThe price! I'm currently using the 10ml size, but the 30ml is even more expensive. It runs out quite quickly, which is the only downside I can think of. Other than that, no complaints!

Despite being an oil, it absorbs well without feeling greasy. 2. It gives a sensation of adhering snugly to the skin. 3. I love its pleasant fragrance. 4. I have skin prone to small blemishes, so instead of applying it all over, I mix it with my moisturizer for dry areas.
ConsThe price is wickedly high. If they could lower it a bit, I think more people would use it.

I have sensitive, oily skin that occasionally develops blemishes (when I'm tired or neglecting my skincare). Texture: It's not sticky or heavy at all. How to describe it... maybe like a light, runny cooking oil? When mixed with a thick foundation, it adds just the right amount of richness while giving a subtle glow! Absorption: Perhaps because the oil is so light, it absorbed beautifully into my skin! I received my Hwahae package right before a trip to Russia and used it there. Russia being colder and drier than Korea, the oil soaked in instantly! As someone with very oily skin, this isn't common for me, but the dry climate made my foundation look patchy... However, mixing this oil with my foundation made it apply so smoothly! I was worried about photosensitivity due to the rosehip oil, but I threw caution to the wind and used it mixed with makeup even in broad daylight - no adverse reactions! I was fine, but those with more sensitive skin should take note. Back in Korea, it doesn't absorb quite as rapidly as in Russia, but still absorbs well. My mom (in her 50s) tried it too and loved how well it absorbed! With my oily skin, I use about 2-3 drops each time. Scent: I'm not a fan of noni scent, so I was concerned, but wow... what kind of flower is this? It's like a natural floral perfume! When I applied it in my room, my friends kept sniffing, asking what that fragrance was! It's a subtle, natural floral scent. For reference, I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, but all 5 of us (3 friends, my mom, and me) really liked this scent. Blemishes: I had a couple of blemishes before using this oil, and it didn't make them worse! It passed the patch test on my neck and inner arms, and it suits my face well too! When used with a hydrating moisturizer, it seems to balance oil and moisture well. However, in summer, I might need to reduce it to 1-2 drops as I have very oily skin. Rather than actively calming the skin, it gives a sense of improved skin health by balancing oil and moisture levels.
ConsDrawback: The price... sigh. Even though this amount would probably last two months if used once a day for night care... the price is just too high...
TipWhile I didn't experience any photosensitivity issues, those with sensitive skin should be cautious. I've heard that rosehip oil in the ingredients can cause photosensitivity... So although I mixed it with makeup and went out during the day when it was extremely dry in Russia, now that I'm back in Korea, I'm only using it for night care.

Most products don't help with my dryness, and if I apply too much of anything, I break out. Application and absorption: Unlike many heavy oils, this one feels light and fresh! The absorption is truly praiseworthy! Some oils can sit on top of the skin, looking greasy and suffocating without addressing the underlying dryness. This oil, however, is unique - it's an oil that doesn't feel like one. It absorbs instantly into the skin! I'm very satisfied with how lightweight it feels despite being an oil. Hydration: I was skeptical about its moisturizing power due to its light feel, but it effectively combats deep dryness! Since using this oil, I've been able to reduce a step in my skincare routine. Scent: I'm particularly sensitive to fragrances. Strong scents give me severe headaches, and I absolutely refuse to use products with unpleasant smells, no matter how good they are. This oil has a refreshing scent - it's hard to pinpoint, but it's somewhat like rosemary or lemon. Of course, scent perception varies from person to person, so this is just my opinion! As someone sensitive to fragrances, I found it pleasant and not overpowering. It's especially calming and relaxing.
ConsWhile I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, the price might be a bit steep if purchasing. However, considering how it's helped me reduce a step in my skincare routine and address my deep dryness, it seems worth it!
TipI have very dry skin! So, I mix 3 drops of this oil with my final moisturizer when applying. I've found that mixing the oil and cream together works much better for hydration than applying them separately!

It's easy to use, though I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it product. • It's similar to regular oils, but it seems to absorb incredibly fast! • These days, I wear a mask even when working with the heater on, but after using this, I hardly felt any dryness! I used to always spray mist around lunchtime or at the end of the day, but with this oil, I don't need to - there's no dryness at all! • When doing my makeup, I used to apply a water cream before my cushion foundation, but since using this oil, I don't need to. Even when touching up my makeup before leaving work, my skin still feels hydrated!
Cons• The price is... a bit... on the evil side! • As I liked it, I gradually increased the amount I used, but whether because of that or not, I got some blemishes... It's the first time this has happened (and I usually have very resilient, non-sensitive skin...!)
Tip• I applied it as the last step of my skincare routine before bed, and in the morning, to avoid being too oily, I mixed a drop or two with my emulsion!

Great for sensitive skin My skin tingles even with high-efficiency, intense masks. But this product is gentle enough for sensitive skin without any irritation. 2. Absorbs well and has great texture I really dislike the sticky, slippery feeling of typical oils. Plus, those oil products can only be used at night, not in the morning. However, this oil has better texture than I expected! It spreads easily and absorbs well. What I love most is how quickly it absorbs. As soon as it touches my face, it adheres and sinks in - the oil doesn't just sit on top of the skin! While it does leave a slight richness (as expected from oils), it absorbs so well that I can use it comfortably both at night and in the morning without feeling greasy. 3. Excellent for dry skin My cheeks used to be... dry, red, with visible pores, rough texture, and dull skin. But this product improved all those issues! It really enhanced the texture of my cheeks, reduced redness, and noticeably improved the roughness, which I was thrilled about.
ConsThe price is too high... If the price was more reasonable, I'd consider it a perfect product. I had to take off 2 stars because of the cost. The size is also small - please check the photo for reference. (Personally, I appreciate this brand's commitment to eco-friendly ingredients, packaging, and no animal testing, so I'm considering repurchasing) Also, while it's good for dry skin, I wouldn't recommend it for extremely dry skin. It's not an exceptionally moisturizing product.
TipFor those with combination skin like me, I'd suggest not applying this all over your face. Only use it on dry areas. When I applied it to my T-zone, I got some darkening... due to the oil. Fellow combination skin folks! I always had issues when applying foundation: 1. If I chose a matte, long-lasting foundation for my T-zone, my cheeks would look flaky and the makeup would crack. 2. If I applied moisturizer only on my cheeks before foundation, it would still pill. 3. If I mixed moisturizer with foundation, my T-zone would darken and the makeup would break down like crazy. But when I apply this oil before foundation, it pills less and my cheeks don't look flaky. It gives the smoothest skin finish!

My mom and I used this product consistently for a week, and our overall impression was very positive. It was satisfying for both my mom with dry skin and me with combination dehydrated skin! The oil feels rich yet applies lightly and absorbs well. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've disliked oils that cause blemishes or leave a greasy film, but this one felt light without those issues. It didn't compromise on hydration either. My mom, who has very dry skin, was thrilled that she didn't experience any deep dryness even in the morning! We also loved the scent!
ConsThe price seems quite steep. Other than that, we haven't found any drawbacks so far!
TipMy mom mixes about 2 drops of this oil into her cream before applying makeup. She says it prevents her makeup from caking and keeps her skin feeling stable throughout the day!

The review is completely unbiased and honest, with no guidelines or restrictions. Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsHere's a review from The Hwahae Testers: Absorption: As you can see from the hand application photo, it's not oily but has a water-like texture that spreads thinly and evenly. Absorption power: It doesn't feel greasy, so it seems to sink into the skin quickly without sitting on top. It feels like a slightly rich toner? As shown in the after photo, it leaves a subtle glow without being too shiny. Due to its quick absorption and low oiliness, it might be better suited for daytime use or before makeup rather than before bed. Scent: It's hard to describe, but it has a fresh, herbal scent. It's not bitter, but rather refreshing and pleasant. Recommended skin type: I have normal to dry skin, leaning towards normal. In winter, my skin tends to be dry, and this felt slightly insufficient. So, it might be best for those with normal skin that isn't too dry.
ConsHydration: Given its light texture, it's not extremely hydrating. In winter, using this alone at night might not be enough, so pairing it with a rich, nourishing cream would be ideal. However, its non-greasy formula makes it suitable for use in other seasons as well. Not recommended for: Those with extremely dry skin expecting intense hydration might be disappointed, especially during dry winter weather. Price and quantity: While it's generally a decent product without major pros or cons and easy to use, if I had to point out a drawback, it would be the price. At 75,000 won for 30ml, it might be a bit expensive for some.
TipThe texture wasn't as rich as I expected. It's a dropper-type ampoule, but as you can see in the photo, it doesn't drip heavily like an oil when applied to the face. Instead, it flows almost like water. Rather than applying it directly to your face as you might with other dropper ampoules, it's better to follow the instructions and put a drop or two in your palm first, then spread it on your face. I recommend using this as a daily product rather than just in the evening.

I don't usually get blemishes from cosmetics. Skincare routine: Hanyul Mugwort Calming Toner -> Original Bath Serum -> Dive In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum -> Dokdo Emulsion -> ✔️Instead of the Aloe Cure Cream, I used the Noni Glow Oil. First off, I loved that it didn't have that typical heavy, greasy feeling of oils. It absorbs well, which is great. After applying and letting it absorb for a bit, then doing some lymphatic massage, it feels like I've applied a rich cream. I appreciated how lightweight it felt. The scent is exactly like natural aromatherapy essential oils. When I wake up in the morning, my skin still feels soft. When I finish my skincare and apply makeup, it's like it's my day to shine! To be honest, as someone with very dry skin, my skin usually feels quite rough by midday. This has been stressful, but while the oil hasn't completely solved the issue, it has definitely improved it, which I'm particularly satisfied with. I've been getting feedback that my skin looks better lately. At first, I thought it was just a small change only I could notice. I felt like my complexion looked brighter, and it turns out others were thinking the same thing!
ConsThe price, of course... The price compared to the amount is disappointing. I didn't have any allergic reactions after use. Please note that my skin tends to be quite resilient. If you're looking for hydration from a lightweight oil, I think the IOPE Glow Oil might be similar. If you're using it for the merit of being a vegan cosmetic, I'd recommend LUSH face oils. They last quite a while. If it were a bit cheaper, I'd consider repurchasing, but due to the high price... I won't be repurchasing.
