I've been dying to try them, and finally, they've launched in Korea, so I gave them a go. Scent: A very subtle lavender fragrance lingers. It's nice because it gives you that aromatherapy feeling. Absorption and texture: Of all the oils I've used in my life, I've only tried rosehip and noni oil. Compared to rosehip, this absorbs quite quickly and doesn't sit on top of the skin. So the texture feels drier than other oils I've used. Effectiveness: To be honest, I'm not entirely sure, but while using it, my skin hasn't broken out and feels balanced?
ConsThe price is wickedly high...^^ It's really good, but if it's not on sale, I wonder if I'd buy it again!

It's slightly heavier than water, but thinner than a runny essence. The subtle fragrance is pleasant, and it absorbs well into the skin.
ConsThe price! I'm currently using the 10ml size, but the 30ml is even more expensive. It runs out quite quickly, which is the only downside I can think of. Other than that, no complaints!

Despite being an oil, it absorbs well without feeling greasy. 2. It gives a sensation of adhering snugly to the skin. 3. I love its pleasant fragrance. 4. I have skin prone to small blemishes, so instead of applying it all over, I mix it with my moisturizer for dry areas.
ConsThe price is wickedly high. If they could lower it a bit, I think more people would use it.

Usually, I don't like applying multiple layers, so I typically just wipe with toner before bed or use a mask when my skin isn't at its best. However, I liked that even after applying toner, emulsion, and oil, it didn't feel like I had applied too much. The scent is organic...? The herbal fragrance isn't too strong, just a subtle aroma that isn't irritating. Words can't really do it justice - you need to see the effects in the photos. I've always had concerns about my butterfly zone, so I wanted to focus on showing that area. The butterfly zone has been more problematic than my forehead or T-zone, and I've tried various products, but nothing seems to work as effectively as this. My blemishes used to be like volcanoes, rivaling mountain ranges, but now my skin is smooth! I was worried about it staining my pillow or blanket since I apply it before bed, but using the dropper to apply small amounts doesn't even leave residue on my hands. I kept touching my face in amazement, and my hands felt soft too. It's great that it doesn't transfer to the pillow, and despite being an oil, it leaves a soft, non-greasy finish. I used to be self-conscious about my bumpy blemishes that couldn't be concealed when I went out with makeup, but now I'm thrilled!
ConsThe downside is that because it's a dropper and tends to drip, you have to rub it in with your hands, which can be inconvenient. So I complete my entire routine, including the oil, in the bathroom after washing my face. It's a hassle to go back to wash my hands after rubbing the oil on my face... And the price... it's quite steep. Looking at the pamphlet that came with it, the price is... I'll have to think more about repurchasing. But I was surprised they gave me 30ml instead of the 10ml I expected for The Hwahae Testers... It's a shame I can only attach 6 photos, as I have progress pictures up to day 8.
TipI'll update if anything comes to mind while using the product!

It's easy to use, though I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it product. • It's similar to regular oils, but it seems to absorb incredibly fast! • These days, I wear a mask even when working with the heater on, but after using this, I hardly felt any dryness! I used to always spray mist around lunchtime or at the end of the day, but with this oil, I don't need to - there's no dryness at all! • When doing my makeup, I used to apply a water cream before my cushion foundation, but since using this oil, I don't need to. Even when touching up my makeup before leaving work, my skin still feels hydrated!
Cons• The price is... a bit... on the evil side! • As I liked it, I gradually increased the amount I used, but whether because of that or not, I got some blemishes... It's the first time this has happened (and I usually have very resilient, non-sensitive skin...!)
Tip• I applied it as the last step of my skincare routine before bed, and in the morning, to avoid being too oily, I mixed a drop or two with my emulsion!

At first, I thought, 'Huh? Why does it smell like this? It's not great...' But after using it a few times, I seemed to adapt and started to enjoy it. I'm not sure if it's the noni scent, but there's a subtle floral aroma that doesn't bother me during use. However, it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for some. *Absorption When used alone, it absorbs quickly into the skin. I used this oil by itself after cleansing in the morning. It absorbs fast, leaving a natural glow on the skin! At night, I applied it after my usual skincare routine, which made my skin a bit too shiny, almost greasy. (I used exactly 3 drops both morning and night.) *Consistency I expected the oil to have some viscosity, but it's actually very runny, almost like water. Be careful not to spill it on your clothes or pants when using! *Other I have combination dehydrated skin, so except for my T-zone, the rest of my face is extremely dry. No matter how carefully I applied toner, my makeup would crack or flake, which was really frustrating. But when I applied this oil before makeup, wow, it worked wonders! My makeup went on so smoothly. I've received many compliments like 'Your skin looks so good!'
ConsAlthough I have sensitive skin, this product worked well for me. However, I recommend researching thoroughly before use. *Price The price might make you gasp. 75,000 won for 30ml - even though it's organic, the price is quite steep. If I were to buy another oil, I'd have to think twice about this price... *Other When I first used it, I didn't realize how runny it was. I wasn't careful and spilled it on my pants, which was really annoying. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who spilled it, but keep this in mind if you're planning to use this product!
TipIt's great to use on its own. It's even better when used with a moisturizer or other oil-free products! When applying makeup, mix a drop of this oil with your foundation for an amazing glow. I applied the oil with my hands and used any excess on my neck, back of hands, and wrists. This way, even if there's a tiny bit left on your hands, it absorbs faster, so you won't leave oily marks on your phone.

It seems to be incredibly helpful for hydration, as you can feel the difference in dry skin after just a few days of use. With consistent use, you'll notice your skin feels softer than before when you touch it. However, my wife and I don't use a separate cream, so the face oil might have seemed more effective for us. The scent is a fairly common floral extract fragrance. While I've usually had issues with products with these scents, this one caused less irritation compared to others.
ConsIn my wife's case, she felt some skin tingling during the first use, but it was fine afterwards. While it's true that it causes less irritation compared to other floral extract products, those who don't tolerate extract-based cosmetics well should be cautious. Being an oil, it does leave a bit of a rich feeling on the skin.
TipMix it with a couple of drops of other products when applying.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsI tried this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program! The fragrance was truly delightful. Even though I'm not usually sensitive to scents, I could tell this one was exceptional. The texture is slightly yellow-tinted and flows easily. Since it was my first time using an oil-based product, I felt a bit lost at first. So, I carefully read other users' reviews before trying it. Initially, not knowing any better, I applied the oil directly over my moisturizer, which made my face incredibly greasy - to the point where people were shocked! Haha! I realized I needed to change my approach. Around that time, I had bought a product good for blemishes, so I mixed a few drops of the Organics oil with my toner, blemish product, and moisturizer before applying.
ConsTo be honest, I'm not sure how effective it is at calming blemishes. My skin condition seemed similar to when I used the blemish product alone, so I wasn't convinced of its benefits. However, I kept reaching for it because of its lovely scent. As I continued using it consistently, it felt like my skin developed a hydration barrier. Usually, when I only did my skincare routine, my face would feel slightly tight even though it was oily. But when I mixed this with my cream, the oiliness decreased, and my skin felt comfortable until evening. Those with similar skin types will understand that sometimes blemishes heal by drying out and forming a scab. With this product, as I mentioned earlier, it felt like a barrier formed, allowing the blemishes to heal while maintaining hydration! The price is a bit steep, but I really want to recommend it to those with dry skin!! While it didn't help much with my blemish management, remember that everyone's skin is different - your experience might vary!
TipIn conclusion, if you need blemish control, you might be better off buying a different cream. However, for those struggling with deep dryness or severe dry skin, I highly, highly recommend this! Products used: Innisfree Bija Cica Balm, Dr. Belmeur Moisturizing Cream (great when mixed with this oil), Dr. Belmeur Salt Toner.

As it's an oil, portion control is crucial when applying. It feels light when you drop it on your skin, which might tempt you to use more, but absorption takes longer than expected. This is why controlling the amount is essential, and you need to massage it in thoroughly as it absorbs slowly. Occasionally, it even helps remove dead skin cells. The pleasant fragrance makes it feel like you're getting an aromatherapy massage when you apply it with a rolling motion. I particularly liked that it absorbs without any stickiness. After using a toner to even out my skin texture before bed, I found that just massaging this in was enough to keep my skin from feeling dry. After applying it to your face, you can use any remaining oil on dry areas like elbows or knees - your hands lose that oily feeling, and those dry spots become moisturized. On particularly dry skin days, you can mix it with a hydrating cream for a non-sticky, moisturizing makeup base.
ConsThe indulgent price and the unexpectedly less-than-ideal ingredients for an organic product are concerning.
TipPortion control is essential. Some people find it drying, so adjust according to your skin's needs. Highly recommend mixing it with a hydrating cream! If you apply it generously before bed, you'll wake up to beautifully moisturized skin after cleansing in the morning. While I mentioned the indulgent price as a drawback, it's worth noting that you only need 4-5 drops to address dryness across your entire face. This means the product lasts longer, potentially making it cost-effective in the long run.

Fragrance: I'm not sure if it's the noni scent, but to me it smelled floral, like camellia blossoms. At first, I thought it was a unique, subtle fragrance I'd never experienced before. Over time, I got used to it! While I wouldn't say the scent is amazing, it's definitely distinctive - you'll either love it or hate it. Once you adjust, it has a pleasant, earthy quality. 2. Ingredients: You can find the detailed ingredient list on Hwahae, but the product came with a pamphlet! It features Miranda Kerr as the model and explains that this brand's cosmetics are made without animal testing. That made me feel good about using it - like it's a conscientious product. I was excited to try it since it contains the famous noni ingredient. The fact that it's made with organic ingredients (though I don't usually pay much attention to that) was a nice bonus. 3. Volume: I initially thought 30ml wouldn't be much, but using it proved otherwise. It comes with a dropper, and you only need to use a few drops at a time. I think this bottle could last up to a year! Two or three drops are enough to cover your entire face.
Cons1. Hydration: On the first day, it felt moisturizing, similar to other oil products. I couldn't gauge it well on day one. Around the third day, I started to notice something. It felt like my skin was moisturized on the surface but dry underneath. The oil made my skin feel smooth on top, but underneath it felt dry and tight. I experienced this for about 5 out of the 14 days. I'm still using it consistently, and today I don't feel that dryness. Maybe I'm applying my skincare in the wrong order, but I occasionally felt dry. The pamphlet suggests applying the oil after other skincare steps, though all with their brand's products, which I don't have. I followed my usual routine: cleansing, toner, serum, etc., and applied the oil before my cream. For two weeks, I tried to skip cream to test the oil's moisturizing ability, but I did apply cream when I felt dry. Everyone's experience may differ, but that was mine. 2. Price: Although I received this as a Hwahae Tester, I checked the pamphlet and saw that 30ml costs around 75,000 won... That's incredibly expensive. As a college student, there's no way I could afford this... I wonder if I'll be able to buy it again after I finish this bottle...? Even the 10ml size is pricey...
TipThis noni oil might be great for those with dry skin! I have combination-oily, acne-prone skin (whiteheads & occasional cystic acne), so I don't often use oily products. But I've watched many YouTube videos about this, and here's a tip for those with lots of whiteheads: hydration is crucial in winter, regardless of whether you're using oils or other products! Acne often occurs when your skin barrier is compromised. With a strong skin barrier, you're less likely to get acne or other skin issues. You've probably heard about the importance of oil-water balance. That's why oils can be necessary for hydration, even in winter! I use Dr.G Red Blemish something cream, which is great, but even that isn't enough to keep my skin hydrated in winter. So it's important to use products that provide lasting moisture! I used to take oral sebum control medication, but I stopped because I was worried about long-term health effects. After stopping, I got a lot of whiteheads... So to improve my skin barrier, I switched to gentle cleansing products, minimized makeup use when possible, and paid extra attention to every step from cleansing to moisturizing. Even though I'm using oily products, my skin has improved a lot! So, if you're worried about acne-prone skin like me, don't automatically avoid oil products. If you think you need it for hydration, try to find the right product for you!
