  It applies incredibly smoothly and gives a matte finish. Although my serum left me with a bit of a glow, the areas where I applied this primer lost that shine. While it doesn't completely hide small pores, it does make larger blemishes and pores less noticeable when I apply cushion foundation over it - though they're still somewhat visible. This is my first time using a primer, and it's been a real game-changer! I've always had sensitive, irritable skin prone to itching, so I've only ever worn the lightest touch of makeup. Now that I'm getting older and dealing with wrinkles too, I wasn't happy with how my made-up face looked. But this one product has made such a difference - it's amazing!

  After my go-to Aritaum primer was discontinued, I searched for an affordable alternative and stumbled upon this. It's surprisingly good! It's very similar to the Aritaum one, but a bit thicker in consistency. There's no noticeable scent, and while the texture is rich, it applies smoothly. I only use it on my nose and T-zone, and it effectively covers pores. After applying and letting it set briefly, I can apply foundation without any pilling, and it doesn't dry out my skin over time. The size is compact, making it great for on-the-go touch-ups! I've been using it for about a month, and it hasn't caused any blemishes.

  Since it's marketed as a sebum control product, I expected it to have a more matte finish, but it's not as powder-like as I anticipated. Compared to my previous primer, my skin seems to get oily faster with this one.
