The product I used before had a heavy texture, and if I didn't control the amount well, it felt thick and sticky. This product, however, spreads smoothly with a soft, powdery feel and isn't sticky at all! It's easy to apply foundation over it without any pilling. The volume and price offer great value for money. While it's better than not using anything, it doesn't dramatically cover pores. They're less noticeable, but still visible... haha - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 16, 2023
After my go-to Aritaum primer was discontinued, I searched for an affordable alternative and stumbled upon this. It's surprisingly good! It's very similar to the Aritaum one, but a bit thicker in consistency. There's no noticeable scent, and while the texture is rich, it applies smoothly. I only use it on my nose and T-zone, and it effectively covers pores. After applying and letting it set briefly, I can apply foundation without any pilling, and it doesn't dry out my skin over time. The size is compact, making it great for on-the-go touch-ups! I've been using it for about a month, and it hasn't caused any blemishes. Since it's marketed as a sebum control product, I expected it to have a more matte finish, but it's not as powder-like as I anticipated. Compared to my previous primer, my skin seems to get oily faster with this one. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinApr 27, 2020
Skin type: Very dry, Shade 17 Application: Glides on smoothly Pore coverage: Effectively conceals wrinkles and pores As expected from a primer, it can be drying. A good skincare routine is crucial. Use a tiny amount and blend well to avoid caking and effectively cover wrinkles and pores. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 22, 2019
Skin type: I have extremely severe pores, blackheads, and whiteheads, with combination skin (super oily T-zone). I don't think I've seen anyone around me with pores as large as mine. I was so stressed about it, but after hearing a lot of recommendations, I decided to give this product a try, even if it meant taking a chance. Application: It applies smoothly with a blurring effect and feels velvety on the skin. The application is pretty decent overall. Blemishes: I usually get 3-5 breakouts even if I wear makeup for just one day, as I have super sensitive skin. So, I'm not sure if this product caused more blemishes, but it seems okay. Pilling: When I was a total newbie with primers, it did pill and look patchy. But that was probably because I applied too much skincare, followed by sunscreen, and then this product. However, when I use it at night after doing a mask, cleansing, applying skincare, and then this product, even with heavy makeup, there's no pilling. Instead, my pores almost disappear, which is amazing. Effectiveness: If you do proper skincare and apply this product following the tips below, you can definitely see some results! Plus, the price is reasonable, so overall, it's really great! Since my skin is quite uneven with a lot of dead skin cells, it tends to pill a bit if I don't use a mask beforehand. So, I'd recommend either using a toner-soaked cotton pad as a quick mask or applying a sheet mask before using this product. For best results, press the product into your pores firmly. Rolling it on only works to a certain extent. Also, instead of applying too much at once, it's better to layer small amounts 2-3 times. This prevents clumping and pilling, and gives better results.
