It seems to help control excess oil, especially in the nose area where I tend to get shiny It can be a bit drying, which emphasizes dead skin cells. I'm also disappointed that it doesn't provide much coverage for pores - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 1, 2022
It's just okay overall. The effects aren't particularly noticeable, but it does leave the skin feeling soft and dry. There's a feeling of pilling, and it somewhat emphasizes dead skin cells. I don't find myself reaching for it very often. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 14, 2021
[No Sebum Blur Primer] #Price #Repurchase Intention Bought it at the regular price of $10 Won't be repurchasing #Application It applies with a surprisingly powdery feel, which is quite nice! The only downside is that it feels a bit dry right after application... #Effectiveness I didn't see much effect on covering pores and fine lines It somewhat covers fine lines, but pores are a bit less concealed. While it's decent for the price, personally, I'm left feeling a bit disappointed with this product My nose area tends to be drier than other parts, so it seems to emphasize dead skin cells more there. It's fairly good if you prep your skin well with a good skincare routine #Drawbacks @ Emphasizes dead skin cells @ Pills if applied too thickly #Pro Tips @ Apply only a small amount to prevent pilling @ Since it's on the drier side, make sure to moisturize well beforehand! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2020
It sets your makeup like a final powder touch, controlling shine! Definitely slows down makeup breakdown. Provides moderate pore coverage. As someone with combination skin, I found my cushion foundation a bit too dewy for summer, but this gives a lightweight finish! Amount control is crucial! Use small quantities bit by bit. Applying too much in one area can lead to pilling. Might be too drying for those with dry skin. While it creates a matte finish, if you haven't prepped your skin well, it can emphasize dead skin cells when you apply cushion foundation on top. This really highlights the importance of a solid skincare routine. Use a tiny amount, about the size of a booger, thinking that's enough for your whole face. Gently pat and tap it in to help it absorb well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 7, 2020
It does a good job of concealing small pores. It also doesn't accentuate skin texture much! It can make dry skin look flaky, emphasizing dead skin cells. Not recommended for those with dry skin types. Use a hydrating base for best results! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAug 23, 2019
Still on the fence about this primer. It's a bit sticky at first, but once you spread it out, it feels more velvety. Does a decent job at blurring blemishes and pores. The dispenser requires a firm squeeze, which is quite different from what I'm used to. My other primers flow out with just a gentle press, so I often end up with too much product. I suppose that's actually a plus for this one, as you're less likely to waste product. There's a subtle minty scent, but it doesn't linger at all. I remember being a fan of the No-Sebum Mineral Primer a while back, but I'm still undecided about this one. I'm not convinced about its oil control properties. I don't notice a reduction in oil production on days I use this. Sometimes it seems like the effectiveness of this primer depends on the weather or environment I'm in.
