Every time I did my makeup, my base would break down even though I applied it well. I usually didn't use primer products, but I decided to give this a try on a whim and used it right away! Thanks to the primer, while there was some slight breakdown by the afternoon, it didn't get messy like before. I didn't apply it all over, just on my T-zone and chin area, and it seemed to work well! I thought it would be a moisturizing product, but it turned out to be incredibly matte. It does finish with a powdery feel, but I didn't get the impression that it covered my pores.
