Pros
When applied, the skin texture is quickly organized and the skin is moisturized with just the toner alone. Of course, for my extremely dry skin, I need to apply something more, but in the summer, just this toner and its matching lotion seem to be enough.
Cons
The packaging... The packaging is the kind where you tap it on the palm of your hand to apply, like the old-fashioned toner and lotion packaging from back in the day. Amore Pacific's packaging is very pretty, but the practicality seems to be lacking.

Buy one, get one free! Can be applied lightly! Does not irritate the eyes! No discomfort on the skin! Good for hydration!

It had good absorbency and a pleasant, subtle fragrance. It's a lightweight moisturizer, but when I applied it several times with the pad, it still felt moisturizing. It's a pretty standard product!
Cons

Spreadability - It seems to be a formulation that is not a complete watery toner, but still feels light like water and gets absorbed quickly! I think people like me who dislike sticky formulations would enjoy this. :) Absorption - I apply it to the palm of my hand and lightly pat it in, and the absorption time is very short! There is a sense that it disappears in an instant, so for those with very dry skin, the toner alone may not fully address the dryness, but when used with a moisturizer or oil, it was sufficient to address the dryness for me. :) Ingredients - Just looking at the Hwahae ingredient list, the ingredients seem gentle, and while Abib's other products (excluding the Houttuynia Cordata Pack) have good ingredients in their moisturizers and other packs, they didn't quite agree with me, so I was a bit apprehensive. But this product, despite containing marine water, has not caused any trouble for me to use. :) My skin is normally combination-dry, and when it's dry, I lack both moisture and oil, so it gets extremely dehydrated. That makes me quite picky about products, and I often developed small bumps or inflammatory acne when using popular toners.
