It's a water-based toner, and just applying it can make your skin feel a bit dry. If you make a skin pack with it and leave it on in the morning, it will make your skin more moisturized. Applying it just once leaves a smooth and refreshing finish, so I think it will be great to use in the summer, but I don't have plans to repurchase it.
Cons
The absorption isn't super fast, and I didn't really feel like my skin was being replenished with moisture. When I just applied it, there was no stickiness, but when I used it as a skin pack, it felt a bit sticky. For the same reason, it was a bit difficult to layer it multiple times.

Complexity, autumn-winter dryness I've been using this product as a toner after cleansing, instead of a cleansing pad. ⭐️The texture is a flowing water-like toner with no viscosity at all. It only takes 3-4 toner applications, and afterwards, there's no tightness, only a hydrated, dewy feeling on the skin. ⭐️The fragrance is very subtle, so there's no irritation. ⭐️It's gentle! Not too heavy, not too light - just the right toner. I've also tried the Abib Heartleaf Calming Toner, and this one feels even lighter than the Rebalancing one. ⭐️There's no major skin transformation or effects, but it's a product I'd miss if I stopped using it.
