Pros

It's like rippling water, but heavier than water? It's a toner, but at first the packaging was so pretty that it caught my eye. Then I checked Hwahae and saw that it's mildly acidic with good ingredients, so I bought it. First, I decided to buy it because it's mildly acidic. My skin has become really soft and supple, and there's no more dryness inside. It seems like a good staple toner to use. After trying it out, I plan to use this one exclusively. The scent is sweet, but it's almost unscented, which I like. I think it will also work well with my makeup.

Cons

There's absolutely no cooling sensation! They say that cooling down the heat is more important than I thought, and this is a bit disappointing, so I took off one star.
