The staying power is excellent, so I always use it to finish my makeup. It dries quickly after spraying, which is perfect for busy mornings. I can just spritz it on and go, and my makeup stays intact even past the afternoon.

Here's my routine for long-lasting makeup: First, layer your skincare products well (ensuring they absorb properly), then apply sunscreen and a layer of setting spray. Next, apply a thin layer of cushion foundation followed by another spritz of setting spray. After that, add powder, blush, and other color cosmetics, then finish with a final layer of setting spray. This method helps your makeup last all day. (Without the setting spray, my makeup separates even with this technique... my skin absorbs the moisture from the products and the T-zone oil dissolves the makeup.)

However, since I'm quite oily, even with this method, my T-zone gets a bit shiny. It's good to gently blot with oil-absorbing sheets or tissues.

There are absolutely no downsides. I often have a stuffy nose, so even the scent wasn't an issue for me. My only regret is not trying this sooner. I've known about it since my 20s, and I can't believe I waited this long to use it!

Need I say more? The smell is just... wow. You'll understand as soon as you spray it. It has this intense saliva-like odor. I actually hold my breath a bit while applying makeup after spraying it. But once the smell dissipates a bit, it becomes tolerable. You might get used to it? I think it's because the product is so effective. 

I've seen comments about it causing blemishes, but I have acne-prone skin and didn't notice anything unusual. If it doesn't work for you, I'd recommend avoiding setting sprays altogether. They're not exactly skin-friendly after all.

I was using the Urban Decay setting spray, which is top-tier, but when a friend gifted me this one, I can sum it up in one word: incredible. If you had to use a setting spray for life, this should be your go-to. The staying power is insane. While the Urban Decay one is good, it would slightly break down by evening. This one? Zero breakdown. It's like your makeup is superglued on (for real). Just use this, but only buy it when it's on sale because it's pricey as heck.

The scent is overwhelmingly off-putting. It has such a strange smell that I can't bring myself to use it.
