  Pros

  I'm really satisfied with the scent of the Water Bank Essence! The product isn't too oily and gives a feeling of intense hydration, making it perfect for combination skin. The Laneige Water Bank line is just so suitable for those with combination skin!

  Cons

  While I liked most aspects, it's disappointing that due to the price and the nature of the packaging, I can't use every last drop of the product.

  From the packaging alone, this product exudes a sense of intense hydration. As expected, it seems to strike a perfect balance between oil and moisture. The lightweight texture ensures it absorbs well and quickly into the skin. Personally, I love the fragrance - it's refreshing, you might say. The subtle scent when applying is quite pleasant. Except for winter, this product alone after emulsion keeps my skin moisturized and feeling great. However, in winter, a cream would be essential. What I love most about this product is how it gives a beautiful 'Inner Glow', making my skin look fantastic. The glow effect boosts my skin confidence!

  For combination dehydrated skin in your 30s, this is a must-have winter product! I've been using Water Bank since it first came out because I love it so much, and I buy it every year! The 70ml size is generous, so you can use it liberally - it's great value for money! It has Laneige's signature sweet scent, and the texture is milky white with a runny consistency. At this price point, it's incredibly cost-effective as one product can balance both oil and moisture. The difference is noticeable when I apply this before work. If I only use cream, my face feels tight in the cold wind, but when I layer Water Bank under my cream, my skin feels plump and glowing all day long! In spring and autumn, I also use it before applying powder foundation when I want that dewy look.

  Cons

  There are no downsides! The amount is perfect, the scent is lovely, and I adore the milky feel.

  While it absorbs quickly, for about three hours your skin feels freshly washed. However, this effect doesn't last until morning. When applying foundation over it, it somehow causes pilling, which is disappointing. For the best experience, try using it right after exfoliating in the bath - it's like an aqua peel that lasts a week! The only downside is the small volume. Such a shame to throw away the pump bottle when it's empty.
