It's also a convenient size for carrying around.
ConsIt's excessively greasy. While it's meant for a natural dewy look, it can feel more like an oil slick. When finishing with powder, it tends to clump up a lot. Even after applying powder, it still clumps, making pores and problem areas stand out even more.
TipThis product is like a very oily Vaseline. It might work well as a lip care product, but for creating a dewy look on the face, it causes makeup to clump too much.

Ingredients: Could there be a cleaner ingredient list for a stick highlighter or glow product? The ingredients absolutely pass with flying colors. 2. Application: It feels similar to oil balms or multi-balms that melt smoothly with body heat. I was worried the micro-pearls might feel grainy, but that was unfounded:) It melts like butter, and you can't feel the pearls separately. 3. Moisturizing: Applying directly to the face might feel a bit heavy, but when spread thinly, it even helped smooth out some dead skin cells caused by blemishes.
Cons1. Minimal highlighting effect: The highlighting effect seems no different from melting an oil balm or multi-balm with fingertips and dabbing on the forehead or nose bridge;ㅠ The micro-pearls are barely noticeable on the skin;; 2. Dabbing over makeup removes it, and using as a dewy primer causes slight pilling... Please refer to the attached photos! Note: My facial skin is in bad condition, so I've taken photos on the back of my hand with ample cream applied ㅠㅠ -Photo 1: Left is dewy foundation (CLIO Kill Cover Glow Foundation 2.5 Ivory), right is matte foundation (Etude Double Lasting Neutral Vanilla N03). Note how the dewy one looks slightly off on my deep undertone. -Photo 2: Blended thoroughly to avoid settling into skin creases. The dewy foundation doesn't cover texture as well as the matte due to its natural glow, but it actually applies smoothly. The matte foundation completely erases texture. -Photo 3: After drying, I lightly dabbed the Radiance Balm. The matte foundation immediately lifted, and I tried to fix it as best I could. The dewy foundation also moved a bit but fared better comparatively. -Photo 4: To test as a primer, I applied Radiance Balm on the back of my hand and dropped a bit of each foundation. -Photo 5: (Please note the 'blending in progress' photo is missing due to the 6-photo limit) The dewy foundation adhered well thanks to the balm, but the matte foundation kept disappearing as I blended, with the removed product balling up on the skin. 3. This might be specific to my product, but as I use the balm, a metal piece supporting the stick form is becoming exposed, making it impossible to dab the balm directly on the skin ㅡㅜ I'll just melt it with my fingers instead ㅠㅠ
TipRather than a highlighter, I think this product works better as a beauty balm for winter or when you need to tame dead skin cells! Given the good ingredients, I'll likely carry it as an emergency item this winter. After testing various foundation combinations, you could potentially use this product as a glow primer on the nose bridge or center of the forehead, carefully applying foundation over it. (This might work for me since I don't have bangs..?) Regardless of how it's used, it seems to blend more naturally and lift less with glowy foundations/cushions compared to matte formulas. So it might be a bit tricky to use during mask-wearing times ㅠㅠ I'd recommend this more as a winter beauty balm rather than for its highlighting function.

The balm doesn't seem to be an overly oily type, so it didn't feel greasy. (However, when tested on my hand, the initial intense glow faded over time, becoming less noticeable) • When applied to bare skin: It looks natural and makes the skin appear smooth, but since I have oily skin, the glow wasn't very noticeable on bare skin. If you're planning to use it on bare skin, I'd recommend it for those with dry skin • When applied over makeup: After applying coverage, the glow was more visible and made my skin look great. I really loved this aspect!
ConsSince I have blemish-prone skin, I apply a lot of product for better coverage, but when I layer it on top, it slightly pills, which is disappointing.
TipI think it would be best to use a concealer for coverage and keep the base makeup thin!

However, on top of foundation... hmm, I'm not so sure, it tends to pill.
ConsIt's somewhat better when applied over a dewy foundation, but in these mask-wearing times, most foundations are semi-matte. Layering this on top leads to pilling, flaking, and clumping - not ideal at all.

I bought this to use as a highlighter. Packaging: Hints really excels at package design. The design is beautiful! Color: I was torn between buying Light or Clear, but I went with Clear. Light has pearls in it, and I was worried it might be too sparkly, so I chose Clear for a subtle glow. I tested it at the Sephora store before purchasing. Overall, it gives a subtle, shimmering glow. Texture: However, it's quite sticky...
ConsOh, how does everyone use this? I bought it as a highlighter, but when I use it after makeup, it removes my foundation or cushion... It's really disappointing. After applying, it causes a kind of clumping effect with the foundation, so I hardly use it... In winter, when it's very dry, I sometimes mix it with powder blush, but it's still disappointing. As for using it as a lip balm, rather than feeling moisturizing, it just feels like oil sitting on top of my lips... I really love Hints' vibe, but this product has become quite a letdown for me.

I used to use pressed powder-type highlighters, but since my skin texture wasn't great, when I applied them, the large shimmer particles made my skin look worse and dry. This one, however, has no shimmer and feels moisturizing like a lip balm (stick). It gives a truly natural radiance, as if a spotlight is on just the areas where you've applied it. There are many other colors available too, so it could potentially replace your blush.
ConsI'll revise my review. The downside is that if you apply it directly over your foundation, it can lift the makeup underneath. That area becomes patchy. Using your fingers to blend helps somewhat, but after a while, it tends to gather in certain spots, giving a messy appearance. It's not quite suitable as a lip balm substitute either, and I'm unsure about the best way to use it.
