I once made an impulsive purchase of a highlighter that I didn't know how to use, so I left it unused for a while. When the one I was using ran out, I decided to try this one instead, and let me tell you... I reflect on my own foolishness. This is a revolution. If you're looking for a highlighter with a pearly, eyeshadow-like texture, I honestly don't recommend this. This is not that kind of highlighter. In fact, it has a slightly tacky feel, as the name 'Night' suggests. However, if you, like me, prefer a no-makeup makeup look and are serious about achieving a natural glow, I highly recommend this. Especially when applied to the C-zone around the eyes, it creates a lifting effect, and when gently blended into the sunken areas of the forehead, it can create a naturally filled-in look.
Cons
As I mentioned, the 'Night' formula has a slightly tacky, sticky feel to it. In other words, it can appear a bit shiny and transfer easily. I haven't tried applying it over a full-coverage foundation, but I imagine it could potentially disrupt the base makeup if not applied carefully.

This was a new product and the first time I encountered it. These days, multi-balms are quite popular, so I thought it might be a similar product. I thought it would be perfect for the dry winter season! - It has good moisturizing power. - It gives a glassy, glossy finish to the face. - The radiant glow makes the skin look healthier.
Cons
I have a completely oily and dehydrated skin type.. I have a lot of sebum and my skin gets very oily even without using anything. When I apply it on top of my makeup, it makes the makeup come off.. It would be great for those with dry skin who just wear sunscreen, but it wasn't very useful for me. 🥲

It's too greasy. While it's meant to provide a natural, dewy finish, it can end up looking oily instead. When using powder in the final step, it tends to clump up a lot. Even after using powder, the clumping is still noticeable, especially in the pore area.

As winter approaches, my skin has been looking dull no matter what I apply. But then I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and got to try this product! My first impression was that it's not sticky at all! I've always avoided other night-time highlighter balms because I found them too tacky and uncomfortable to use. But the Hince Radiance Balm felt lightweight, so I was able to use it without any unpleasant stickiness or heaviness on my skin. :) I think we all have this desire deep down to have that dewy, glowing skin look. This product is perfect for achieving that luxurious, beautiful glow. It makes my skin look healthy, radiant, and sophisticated. The application is super smooth and easy. The lightweight texture glides on effortlessly. The product isn't tricky or skill-intensive to use, so I think anyone can apply it easily. The formula, texture, skin finish, and ingredients are all great!
Cons
Since I've been wearing masks a lot, I do tend to get some mask imprints left on my skin. Oily skin types may also find it a bit too emollient. If you apply it over areas with texture or bumps, it can emphasize those imperfections a bit.

Cons
Since I normally use a semi-matte base, my face tends to have a bit of shine. So even when I applied the clear balm, it didn't have much effect. And it felt like my face was a bit oily when I applied it.

If you like a dewy look or if your skin is dry in the winter, this product is great! The shine is beautifully expressed, and it's a transparent, pearl-free glossy product. The natural glow was so nice! It's easy to carry and use. I applied it all over my face after sunscreen and before foundation, and the glow lasted all day - I really liked it! I like a glowy look, so I applied it all over my face, but I think it would also look pretty if you just applied it to the cheekbones, nose, and lips.

It can sometimes look a bit oily... In the morning when I apply it and then do my full makeup routine before going out, the glow is really pretty, but by the evening it starts to look a bit greasy.
