I'm a woman in my 20s with seborrheic dermatitis! My family member who has very sensitive skin recommended this product to me at work. They said it cleanses even fine dust, so I've used it over 35 times... It doesn't cause any tightness. My nose area gets really red, and my face hurts a lot when my skin loses moisture, but I've been using this product really well. I've even posted about it a lot on Instagram personally. They also bought me two body washes, and I've been using just those for almost 2-3 years. It's so gentle! I'm using it way beyond its cost-effectiveness.
Cons
I first use a cleansing balm to melt away the sebum, and then I use it. If you apply eyeliner or makeup heavily, it may be difficult to cleanse with just one cleansing. However, out of all the products on the market, this is the foam I like the most.
Tip
In the morning, cleansing with this is great because it doesn't strip away your natural moisture. It's even better when you work it into a lather. Highly recommended!

Pros
The author has a combination/dry/troubled/sensitive skin type. Their skin reacts immediately if the cosmetics don't suit them, and they develop contact dermatitis. Their skin is like a buffet - dry but also oily, with both flakiness and sebum. The author doesn't like to do tedious things and doesn't want to use different skincare products for each season. If you have a similar skin type, stop the nomadic lifestyle and settle on this cleansing foam. The author tried many famous mild acidic cleansers, but their skin didn't improve. The only one that worked was the discontinued Innisfree blueberry foam, so they went back to the nomadic lifestyle until settling on La Roche-Posay. Their skin is now smooth on the surface and moisturized within, though not as intensely hydrated as with the mild acidic cleansers. However, this slightly alkaline cleanser leaves their skin feeling very moisturized.
Cons
There are none. I've given up the nomadic lifestyle. People with similar skin types use this.
Tip
If you find this too drying, I recommend the Muji gel cleanser (it used to be sold in Korea but is no longer available, so you'll have to order it from overseas).

The cleansing power is excellent, likely due to the mildly alkaline formula. Alkaline products effectively break down the stratum corneum, so I recommend using this as an evening cleanser! I always use this mildly alkaline cleansing product when I've done heavy makeup, as part of my double cleansing routine. The finish is squeaky clean but not completely dry, rather it leaves a slightly velvety soft feeling, which I really like. The formula is not thick and chunky, it comes out more like a cream. Personally, I find that cream-type cleansers tend to create better lather. And a little goes a long way, so despite the high price, it lasts a long time.

It has an alkaline pH, so it cleanses well and leaves a refreshing feeling after washing without drying the skin.
