  At first glance, it looks like Vaseline. However, this sherbet-like cleansing balm melts effortlessly upon contact with your skin due to body heat, transforming into something akin to a cleansing oil. It effectively removes all traces of makeup from your skin. I heard it contains seaweed extract, which explains why my skin feels moisturized without any deep dryness after cleansing. I'm truly satisfied with this product. I'm 200% certain I'll repurchase!

  I wish they would release a smaller size, like a travel package. It would be great to have a tiny version included in a set with other products. I'd love to take it on trips, but the current size is a bit inconvenient...

  The cleansing balm is gentle and mild, and it removes makeup thoroughly, which I love! I'm particularly sensitive to fragrances and can't use just any cosmetic, but Mapiel's cleansing balm has a non-irritating scent, which is fantastic. Also, the balm comes with a spoon inside the container, making it super convenient. Just one spoonful is enough to remove a full face of makeup, so I can use it daily without any burden on my skin. It's definitely my top favorite among all the cleansing balms I've used!

  I prefer using cleansing balms because cleansing waters often feel too drying and like they're just wiping the surface. 1. Great cleansing power! Even though it's a cleansing balm, it cleanses really well! It's perfect for removing daily makeup and gently managing dead skin cells on a regular basis. 2. Extra good because it's gentle I love products that are less irritating to my skin. This one seems to be just right for me. 3. No blemishes and great for oil control! Sometimes I get blemishes when I wear base makeup, and if I'm not thorough with cleansing, my pores get clogged and I break out! But with this product, I feel like it cleanses deep into my pores without just cleaning the surface, so I haven't had any blemishes! 4. Ingredients PEG-free / Green grade, etc. - I felt confident using it without worries.

Performance: After applying to the face and rolling to remove makeup, it provided thorough cleansing overall. The scent isn't irritating at all, and it cleanses gently, making it suitable for those with super sensitive skin. Even when emulsifying with a small amount of water after rolling, it left my face clean without any deep dryness.

  Texture: When I tried to melt it in my hands using body heat before applying to my face, I might have used too much. It didn't melt immediately and felt like it was dispersing into small clumps. I expected the formula to melt more smoothly, which was a bit disappointing. Some even fell on the floor during the melting process. However, when I used a smaller amount, it melted nicely and smoothly.

  I've tried many cleansing balms before, but they often leaned towards being too rich or not effective enough in cleansing.
