  At first glance, it looks like Vaseline. However, this sherbet-like cleansing balm melts effortlessly upon contact with your skin due to body heat, transforming into something akin to a cleansing oil. It effectively removes all traces of makeup from your skin. I heard it contains seaweed extract, which explains why my skin feels moisturized without any deep dryness after cleansing. I'm truly satisfied with this product. I'm 200% certain I'll repurchase!

  Cons

  I wish they would release a smaller size, like a travel package. It would be great to have a tiny version included in a set with other products. I'd love to take it on trips, but the current size is a bit inconvenient...

  As someone with combination skin, I always experienced tightness and dryness around my cheeks and chin after cleansing. However, this balm cleanser was a game-changer! It's gentle on the skin, and amazingly, after cleansing, there's no tightness or dryness at all. Instead, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated - I'm really impressed with this product! :) It melts easily even at body temperature, which I found more suitable than runny oil cleansers. My skin had become rough and super sensitive due to wearing masks, but after using this for about two weeks, I could really feel my skin improving significantly.

  Cons

  The only slight inconvenience is that being a balm, you need to use a spatula to scoop it out. Other than that, I can't think of any downsides? I definitely recommend it!

  It's so gentle, causing no irritation to the skin. While it's non-irritating, it still effectively removes makeup. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel dry at all. I love that there's a separate space for the spatula, so I won't lose it. I think this would be suitable even for those with super sensitive skin!

  There's nothing particularly bad to mention. Among the cleansing balms I've used, this one seems to be the best.

  1. Removes lip and eye makeup completely without irritation, no separate remover needed 2. No tight feeling after cleansing 3. 100% recyclable packaging with no adhesives Plus, in my personal opinion, it feels lighter than other cleansing balms!

  Cons

  The spatula is a bit tricky to store. Also, the logo and sticker aren't perfectly aligned, which makes it look less high-quality.

  No need for eye makeup remover - this one product does it all! Perfect for travel!

  This is my first time trying a cleansing balm, and it feels much more nourishing than cleansing oils. It seems to remove makeup thoroughly without irritating my skin! I have a job that makes me sweat a lot, so I use waterproof makeup, but this still removes it well. Being a balm, it doesn't leave my dry skin feeling parched, but instead provides just the right amount of hydration. Some reviews mentioned the spatula being inconvenient, but while the texture is initially firm like slightly hardened candle wax, once you warm it up in your hands, it becomes even smoother to use than oil. I'm very satisfied! The scent is also subtle and pleasant.

  I was surprised by how solid the texture was at first, but after applying it, I understood why.

  This is my first time trying a cleansing balm, and I think I'll be sticking with the Mapiel one! It's amazing how it thoroughly removes not just mascara, but also tints. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was surprised to find that it left my skin feeling clean without any dryness. I'll definitely be using this frequently in the future!

  The only slight downside is that waterproof products require a bit more time and effort with rolling to be completely removed.

  It's great that it keeps my skin hydrated even after cleansing! Highly recommended for dry skin types! Just massage it in like a cream, and it cleanses well too. Even for oily skin, if you follow up with a foam cleanser, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized. The scent isn't overpowering, and with ingredients like seaweed, centella, and licorice, it feels more like applying a moisturizer than a cleanser. Since it's silicone-free, it would be perfect as a massage cream after your first cleanse! Also, the packaging paper is easy to unfold and dispose of.

  Cons

  You have to remove an inner cover to open the lid, which makes it awkward to store the spatula. If you put it inside, the plastic spatula is constantly in contact with the product. Leaving it as is means you have to go through the hassle of opening both the lid and cover every time. It's a bit inconvenient.
