It's great at removing makeup smoothly and effectively. I'd say it's even better than using oil cleansers. Given it's a balm, I have a feeling I'll misplace the spatula soon. I wish the balm came in a narrow tube instead, which would be more convenient. You only need to scoop out a small amount and let it melt with your skin's temperature. It's unique that they use sea water instead of purified water. The ingredients seem decent and the cleansing effectiveness appears to be good. As someone with blemish-prone skin, I find this product too oily. Even after double cleansing with foam, there's still a residue left. The scent is also overwhelmingly artificial and strong. Sadly, I'll have to toss it despite the waste.

The fact that it's made with volcanic sea water instead of purified water is amazing! It's PEG-free and has an EWG Green Grade 1 rating, so even those with super sensitive skin can use it with confidence. The downside is that the built-in cap is quite difficult to remove and replace. It's really inconvenient that you have to open the lid again to put the cap on, and you need to twist the lid to take the cap off. The packaging box is pretty. Great cleansing effectiveness and the container is lovely too! I'm not a fan of the scent. But my friend likes it, so I guess it's just personal preference.

The sherbet-like texture melts gently into the skin as you massage it in. It cleanses effectively, though for lip stains, I'd recommend using a separate lip remover. The gentle ingredients are a big plus! There's not much to complain about, but having to scoop out the cleansing balm with a spatula every time can be a bit of a hassle.

It effectively removes all traces of makeup from your skin. I heard it contains seaweed extract, which explains why my skin feels moisturized without any deep dryness after cleansing. I'm truly satisfied with this product. I'm 200% certain I'll repurchase! I wish they would release a smaller size, like a travel package. It would be great to have a tiny version included in a set with other products. I'd love to take it on trips, but the current size is a bit inconvenient... As someone with combination skin, I always experienced tightness and dryness around my cheeks and chin after cleansing. However, this balm cleanser was a game-changer! It's gentle on the skin, and amazingly, after cleansing, there's no tightness or dryness at all. Instead, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated - I'm really impressed with this product! :) It melts easily even at body temperature, which I found more suitable than runny oil cleansers. My skin had become rough and super sensitive due to wearing masks, but after using this for about two weeks, I could really feel my skin improving significantly. The only slight inconvenience is that being a balm, you need to use a spatula to scoop it out. Other than that, I can't think of any downsides? I definitely recommend it!
