  This review comes after using almost an entire bottle. It's definitely hydrating. As a standalone toner, it's the champion of moisture. The scent is subtle. You'd hardly notice it unless you put your nose right up to it.

  Cons

  Shaking it can be a bit of a hassle... I just realized there are two potential allergens in the ingredients... I wasn't aware of that before.

  Tip

  Skip the cotton pad and apply it directly with your hands, pressing gently. You'll feel even more of that deep hydration this way.

  Here's my review as one of The Hwahae Testers winners: Personally, I'm not a fan of fruity or floral scents in skincare, but the subtle rose fragrance in this product wasn't overwhelming or harsh at all. The pink-tinted formula was also quite adorable. My skin is sensitive and combination dehydrated, prone to acne and even hives if I use the wrong products. I did a patch test on the first day, and from the second day onwards, I applied it with a cotton pad. I was really pleased with the delicate rose scent and the hydration it provided! Even when I reapplied after cleansing, it didn't feel sticky or heavy. The water-like texture absorbed well and provided good moisture. I recently switched foundations and it didn't agree with my skin, causing some blemishes on my chin. However, this product didn't worsen the situation or cause any new breakouts. I'd definitely recommend it for acne-prone skin! Although I received this as part of the Hwahae Testers program, I'm considering purchasing it with my own money. My husband compliments the pleasant scent when I apply it. It's hard to find products that don't cause blemishes, but after two weeks of use, I haven't experienced any issues. I have freckles from sun sensitivity, occasional whiteheads, and my skin can be extremely dry at times. Some products make my skin too oily and cause breakouts, while others clear the acne but leave my skin parched. I'm hoping I can finish the whole bottle and make this a staple in my routine.   Here's a review from The Hwahae Testers: (My skin is dry with some oiliness in the T-zone and around the face, along with whiteheads. This has led to a lot of pigmentation. Due to winter and pigmentation issues, I'm focusing on hydration. Usually, products that leave a greasy or surface-level oily feeling don't suit me.) 1. The scent is lovely. As a rose fragrance lover, it didn't feel artificial to me. 2. The application is incredibly smooth. Perhaps due to its slightly oily nature, it glides on beautifully when used as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad. 3. It's perfect for winter. So hydrating! It helped with the tightness I feel after washing my face. 4. Unlike some products that seem to strip moisture after exfoliating, this one doesn't. It leaves a slight oily feeling, like it's creating a protective layer on the skin! 5. Usually, oily products don't suit me well, but this one didn't cause any excess sebum production or blemishes. 6. After exfoliating and letting it absorb, my skin felt incredibly soft. It also layered well with serums and aloe products without any pilling.

  While I didn't find many downsides, I should mention: When used as an exfoliating toner or applied directly to the face: Those who prefer a clean, bare-skin feel after application might find this product a bit heavy. It leaves a slightly slick, almost powdery feeling on the skin. It might be a bit heavy for summer use.

  Tip

  Make sure to shake well before use as the top and bottom layers separate! After using this as an exfoliating toner, followed by Torriden serum, Aromatica aloe, other base emulsions, and filaggrin balm, I can go out for a bit without applying emulsion and not feel any tightness around my nose area.

It's not an overpowering rose perfume, more like a delicate rose petal tea fragrance that lifts my mood every time I apply it.   *Hwahae Trial Reviewer's Honest Review* My skin type: Combination, occasional acne on the chin, sensitive. 1. Fragrance: Personally, I dislike rose scents, but this product's fragrance is not an artificial rose, but rather a wild, natural rose scent that I like. The lingering scent is a sweet, natural rose aroma. 2. Moisturizing: I previously used a different toner, but since it was a water-based toner, the moisturizing power was non-existent. I generally prefer a more refreshing base, but as the weather gets colder, I felt my skin was lacking a moisturizing barrier. Luckily, I won this product, and using it, I felt like I had completed half my skincare routine with just this one toner. As you can see in the attached photo, there seems to be some moisturizing ingredients floating in the toner. When applied, it glides on smoothly and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. When you pat it in with your hands and then use those same hands to pull open the essence cap, it feels a bit slippery, but not oily - more like a nourished, smooth, and glowing sensation. If the skin feels a bit too tight, applying a second layer and then following up with an essence or lotion completely eliminates any tightness. I really dislike oily feelings, but this provides hydration without that. I think this would be a great toner for dry skin types. 3. It's so pretty... As soon as I received it, I was so surprised by how cute and reminiscent of strawberry milk it looks. I'm usually not at all interested in packaging design or colors, but this is just so adorable (though it has no bearing on the functionality).

  It has 8 allergen-causing ingredients... I personally didn't experience any adverse reactions when using it, but for those who may be sensitive, this product might not be the best choice. That's why I deducted one star. The volume also seems a bit on the lower side... As someone who tends to use products generously, I'm already feeling a bit concerned about it running out too quickly. It feels almost too precious to soak cotton pads in it. I'm not sure if it would be suitable for ultra-oily skin types. The moisturizing effect is noticeable, but for extremely greasy skin, it may not be enough. While I have combination skin, I don't have excessively oily areas. Honestly, there aren't many downsides. It doesn't sting or cause any discomfort when applied, and it seems like a very versatile product to use during the fall and winter seasons.

  Ah yes, be sure to shake it before use! And on really dry days, applying it in two layers works great - the makeup doesn't budge at all.

Both mixed and unmixed, it looks lovely, and the bottle design is attractive too. • I appreciate their eco-friendly packaging approach to reduce environmental impact. It seems more suitable for dry or combination skin.

Also, it doesn't contain pore-clogging silicone oils, so even with my oily skin, I used it without any blemishes. ✔ An effective boosting toner for improving skin texture My previous evening skincare routine was Uriage Cica Toner > Manyo Factory Bifida Ampoule > Argan Oil > La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Balm. Before, when I applied the ampoule after toner, it would run and absorb slowly. However, after using the Aromatica Reviving Rose Infusion Treatment Toner, the ampoule didn't run but absorbed well into the skin surface, like water droplets on smooth skin.
