This has led to a lot of pigmentation. Due to winter and pigmentation issues, I'm focusing on hydration. Usually, products that leave a greasy or surface-level oily feeling don't suit me.) 1. The scent is lovely. As a rose fragrance lover, it didn't feel artificial to me. 2. The application is incredibly smooth. Perhaps due to its slightly oily nature, it glides on beautifully when used as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad. 3. It's perfect for winter. So hydrating! It helped with the tightness I feel after washing my face. 4. Unlike some products that seem to strip moisture after exfoliating, this one doesn't. It leaves a slight oily feeling, like it's creating a protective layer on the skin! 5. Usually, oily products don't suit me well, but this one didn't cause any excess sebum production or blemishes. 6. After exfoliating and letting it absorb, my skin felt incredibly soft. It also layered well with serums and aloe products without any pilling.
ConsWhile I didn't find many downsides, I should mention: When used as an exfoliating toner or applied directly to the face: Those who prefer a clean, bare-skin feel after application might find this product a bit heavy. It leaves a slightly slick, almost powdery feeling on the skin. It might be a bit heavy for summer use.
TipMake sure to shake well before use as the top and bottom layers separate! After using this as an exfoliating toner, followed by Torriden serum, Aromatica aloe, other base emulsions, and filaggrin balm, I can go out for a bit without applying emulsion and not feel any tightness around my nose area.

The rose-scented water formula absorbs well even when applied with hands. As someone with very dry skin, I found the hydration to be quite good. I could go out in the cold weather using only this product, and the moisture was maintained throughout the day. (However, I was a bit disappointed with the oily residue after absorption - more on this below!) The scent lasts for a long time. The subtle rose fragrance really lifts my mood. I recommend this for people with dry skin like mine, and for those who don't mind a bit of shine (glow) on their face!
ConsThe downside was that after absorbing the toner, there was a slippery, oily feeling on the surface. I personally didn't like this as it felt like an oil film. For me, it was similar to Physiogel Emulsion, but the difference is that while Physiogel left a surface residue and lacked hydration, this product definitely felt like it was providing moisture deep within the skin. Despite being a water formula, the dispenser hole seems prone to leaking. So while the packaging is pretty, it was a bit inconvenient due to leakage.

Both mixed and unmixed, it looks lovely, and the bottle design is attractive too. • I appreciate their eco-friendly packaging approach to reduce environmental impact. While some might find the scent strong, I personally enjoyed it. • It's moisturizing and absorbs well. It seems to provide a decent level of hydration! • As someone with sensitive/combination/blemish-prone and combination dehydrated skin, I found it agreeable so far. No blemishes appeared (I'll update my review with continued use). True to its name as a treatment toner, it feels like it's adding a protective layer as it absorbs into the skin.
ConsAreas for improvement: • For combination or oily skin types, this might be better suited as a winter toner. It doesn't completely address the deep dryness in combination dehydrated skin. On my combination skin, it feels slightly rich. While it doesn't cause pilling under makeup, oil does surface over time. I'm currently using it at night, and when I cleanse the next morning, there's a slight slippery feeling. • While the eco-friendly packaging is commendable, I wish the ingredients were even better. It's disappointing that there are 8 potential allergens. When used as a mask, it felt slightly tingly. Though it didn't cause blemishes, there was a slight redness (individual experiences may vary). It might have been better without the potentially allergenic fragrances. • It provides some hydration, but you'll likely need to use it with other moisturizing products. It doesn't address deep dryness on its own. • The opaque glass bottle design is pretty, but the price and quantity are a bit disappointing. As someone who uses toners generously, the product depletes quickly. It's not ideal for frequent mask use - it's better to apply a suitable amount by hand or use it with one cotton pad for wiping. • It's probably best avoided on days when your skin feels super sensitive. I experienced some tingling! Overall, it's a decent product if you avoid using it on sensitive days.
TipPro tips! • Don't throw away the white cap inside when you open the toner! It's there for a reason. I accidentally discarded it and now have to cover the opening with a cotton pad when shaking to prevent the product from getting on the inside of the lid. • It's better to apply with your hands or a cotton pad rather than using it as a mask! • This toner isn't recommended for oily skin types! It seems more suitable for dry or combination skin.
