I've tried shade 21 as well, but since I have cool-toned, fair skin, the pink-beige color suits me better. The formula contains honey and oil ingredients, so it applies smoothly with a moisturizing effect. It's perfect for a light makeup look. The price point is somewhat disappointing, and the herbal scent might not be everyone's cup of tea. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 28, 2020
It applies naturally and when spread evenly, it adapts to your skin tone, giving a bare-faced look. It's a great product if you want to achieve a natural makeup appearance. However, I found it quite drying. I don't remember the Sulwhasoo line being this dry... This one is extremely matte. The ingredients seem decent though. I wonder if mixing it with a hydrating moisturizer might help. The price tag of 60,000 won seems a bit steep, unfortunately. I always mix it with a hydrating moisturizer when applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2020
It applies smoothly and thinly, leaving the skin feeling moisturized! Despite being CC cream, it doesn't give a grayish cast. Maybe because of the powder finish, I get some blemishes even though this is the only makeup I use. It gets itchy after a while, and since it applies so thinly, the coverage isn't great. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2020
Smooth and moisturizing application, doesn't cause blemishes. While it's a CC cream without much coverage, it works great as a starter before applying cushion foundation. It pairs really well with cushion products. The color is a bit duller than expected - feels more like shade 23 than 21. As typical for CC creams, you can't expect much coverage. Applying this as a base before your cushion foundation creates a great synergistic effect. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 13, 2020
I've been using this product consistently for 3 years due to its natural coverage, excellent adherence, smooth application, and lasting hydration. As someone who rarely wears makeup, I only apply this CC cream, and it noticeably brightens my complexion and gives me a lovely glow. Like most CC creams, it has the limitation of making the skin appear darker as time passes. On important days, I reapply a small amount in the afternoon after using toner or a hydrating moisturizer. For reference, I dislike how cushion compacts tend to settle into fine lines, so I prefer to stick with just CC cream and avoid touch-ups. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 23, 2019
Absorbs well due to its moisturizing properties Naturally evens skin tone when applied Doesn't darken the complexion The quantity seems small compared to the price Didn't feel like it had good staying power Like with other products, it's great that you can maintain a soft, matte finish by applying powder after this - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 24, 2019
1. It absorbs smoothly onto the skin. 2. Perfect for achieving a natural, no-makeup look. 3. For those with clear skin, it enhances a healthy and flawless complexion. 1. The price is high considering the amount of product. 2. The coverage is somewhat light. (While it's on the lighter side, it doesn't provide the dewy or moisturizing effect that typically comes with sheer coverage.) 1. It looks clean and natural when used over concealer. (I often have blemish scars and occasional breakouts.) 2. For best results, use after applying oil or a moisturizing sunscreen, or after thoroughly hydrating your skin to balance oil and moisture. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 27, 2019
The skin feels comfortable and moisturized upon application, but it finishes with a powdery feel, so you might not need to use additional powder. It has a fluid texture that glides on smoothly, making it easy to apply with just your fingers. It seems highly nourishing - you can really feel the richness. It's almost as if you've mixed in a cream. They say it's packed with skincare ingredients, and it certainly lives up to that claim. The color is a pink-beige, but it doesn't make you look like a pink pig - it just adds a nice, natural vitality that I really like. As it's a CC cream, I didn't expect much coverage, and I don't have many blemishes to cover anyway. But surprisingly, this alone could be enough to finish your base makeup. Since the brand targets older women, this CC cream seems far from light and natural. Of course, I'm not young myself, but... Its richness might cause blemishes for those with sensitive or combination dehydrated skin. Even though I have dry skin, it feels heavy. And despite having relatively small pores, this somehow emphasizes them... The thick texture makes the skin look aged. I usually use shade 21, which is slightly bright, but this feels more like shade 22. It doesn't give a bright or radiant look... It seems to be in an awkward position for me... I'll probably just give it away to someone else... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 19, 2018
I used to be a big fan of foundation, but lately I've been using skincare products that work so well for me that I've started preferring a lighter, more transparent skin look that isn't too heavy. I've fallen in love with this thinly-applied CC cream. What I love most is its pink-beige color that gives a beautifully radiant finish - it's a perfect match for my light skin tone (shade 21)! When I apply it with a foundation brush, it creates such a gorgeous complexion. It also gives a lovely glow. There's no darkening, and it lasts quite well on my skin while keeping it moisturized. I'm really impressed! The only downside is that the amount is really small. Still, I keep repurchasing it. When I go out wearing just this, people often ask what foundation I'm using because my skin looks so good. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 23, 2018
It provided great coverage for my blemish-free skin and applied smoothly due to its moisturizing properties. The overall skin finish was lovely! During winter, it felt a bit drying, so I added a drop of facial oil to enhance its hydration.
