Spreadability: The cream is in a balm-like texture and applies smoothly on the skin, like applying a primer. It spreads well and evenly, but after application, it feels a bit slippery and slightly greasy. The gold particles in the formula are also visible, which I found to be nice. Absorption: The product doesn't seem to get absorbed quickly. As per the instructions, I tried to press and massage the cream into the skin to aid absorption, and it did seem to help as the absorption was a bit slower compared to products I've used before. In the mornings, I applied a thin layer due to makeup, and in the evenings, I applied more for a facial massage. When I woke up, my face was not greasy, and the cream had fully absorbed without leaving my skin feeling tight. Moisturizing Power: In my personal opinion, the moisturizing power was good. During the fall and winter seasons, I usually rely on face oils to combat dryness, but this cream alone was able to prevent my skin from feeling parched, without the need for an oil. However, when exposed to cold winds, I did feel some dryness. After using it for 2 weeks, I'm not sure about the whitening effects, but I feel that with continued use, it could be effective in reducing wrinkles. In the mornings after using the cream in the evenings, I noticed my wrinkles were less pronounced. The packaging is also a point of contention for many, but I personally found the luxurious and pretty case to be a mood-booster every time I opened it.
ConsThe disappointing aspects were the ingredients and fragrance. Personally, I found the fragrance to be quite strong, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, as someone who prioritizes clean ingredients, the inclusion of dimethicone, petrolatum, PEG, and phenoxyethanol, which are considered less desirable ingredients, was a bit disappointing. The creamy, oily texture of the product may also be unsuitable for those with oily skin types, as it could feel heavy and clogging.
TipWhen I tried mixing this cream with a face oil, they didn't seem to blend well. However, to my surprise, the absorption improved when I used the two together, though I'm not sure why. Additionally, the sunscreen I normally use is quite moisturizing and tends to leave a dewy finish, but when I applied it over this cream, it helped control the dewiness and left my skin with just the right amount of hydration. I was very satisfied with using the two products together.

As a luxurious Korean herbal nourishing cream, it has dual whitening and wrinkle-improving functions. For skin that appears dull and lifeless due to dryness, it restores firm elasticity and healthy radiance. The solid balm-like texture melts smoothly and absorbs seamlessly the more you roll it on. When applied thinly, a moisturizing and nourishing film forms, making the skin glow~* With inherent moisture and abundant nutrition, it's great for those who prefer to use just one product, or as a gift for moms who prefer anti-aging nourishing creams.
ConsIt's a shame that it contains PEG and fragrance. It would be great if it could evolve into a more ingredient-focused Korean herbal cream. While it has good moisturizing, nourishing, and spreadability, the texture is rather heavy (ointment-like), which may feel stuffy for oily skin types.
TipAfter establishing a solid moisturizing routine, applying the Chogongjinyeongan cream as the final step as a nourishing cream can boost skin vitality and elasticity the next day! It may be too heavy for use before makeup, but it's great for applying before bed.

The color is a light chestnut shade! You can really feel the nourishing properties. But when applied, it glides on silkily and absorbs quickly. Even though it's a traditional Korean medicine product, the fragrance is not overpowering.
ConsI feel like this might be a bit too heavy to use in the summer. And the packaging design seems a bit over the top.

It felt like applying medicine, and my skin texture improved in the morning. I'm using the face oil sparingly, and it's a good substitute. My skin feels smooth and supple in the morning.
ConsThe Missha basic skincare suits me, but it seems to be the most expensive among Missha's basic products. It's better than buying a moisturizer and nutrition cream separately, but... I used to use Missha's herbal-based skincare without any trouble. It's more oily and rich, so it may be burdensome if you're not on the dry side.
