  Pros

  I really liked that it wasn't too oily. As someone with combination dehydrated skin and super sensitive skin, I often get small bumps and itchiness when I use products with ingredients that don't agree with me. But I managed to use up this entire bottle! It also removes makeup better than water-based cleansers.

  Cons

  However, since it does contain oil, you don't get that squeaky clean feeling after washing. Even after rinsing with lukewarm water and following up with a second cleanse, there's still a slight slippery feeling left on the skin.

  Tip

  Among oil-based cleansing products, I recommend this one because it's gentle, has good ingredients, and isn't excessively oily.

  Pros

  The biggest advantage is that it contains no harmful ingredients, so you can use it with peace of mind.

  Cons

  I usually use foam cleansers, but when I switched to this oil cleanser, I unfortunately developed blemishes. If you prefer that squeaky clean feeling, I'd advise against using this.

  Tip

  Since oil cleansers don't agree with my skin, I don't have any tips to share. However, if you're already used to oil cleansers, this should work fine for you.

  Pros

  As a first-time user of cleansing oil, I was honestly a bit nervous before trying it. Two pumps were enough for a full application. The application feel was just so-so - not bad, but not particularly impressive either. The texture is extremely light and fluid. Even for a newbie like me, it felt comfortably lightweight. (Not sure if it's typical for oil cleansers, but spreading it with hands was a bit challenging.) I've been deceived by so many products claiming to be 'moisturizing' that I didn't have high expectations. But surprise! While I didn't notice during application, once I emulsified it with water, I could definitely feel that my skin wasn't greasy-moist, but genuinely water-plump. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth! My skin isn't severely dry, but with most products (unless they specifically mention being moisturizing), my face would feel itchy after cleansing or extremely tight if I didn't immediately apply a moisturizer or mist. With this product, I didn't feel any tightness at all while walking from the bathroom to my room to apply skincare. My skin felt smooth like a baby's! Although I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers, I would repurchase it once I finish my current foam cleanser. Give it a try with confidence! +I'd especially recommend this to those who experience skin tightness or dryness after cleansing, or anyone looking for a moisturizing post-cleanse feel!

  They say it smells like apricot kernels, but I think the scent might be polarizing. Personally, I didn't find it particularly fragrant. The scent is a bit disappointing. Also, if you're looking for that squeaky-clean feeling during emulsification rather than a soft, smooth sensation, I'd recommend skipping this purchase.

  Tip

  For a more thorough cleanse, I suggest using a cleansing water on a cotton pad for your first cleanse. I don't typically wear heavy makeup, but I'm prone to blackheads, so I often double cleanse. If you massage thoroughly, it really helps remove blackheads effectively!
