The apricot scent is quite subtle.
ConsIt doesn't really get rid of blackheads or whiteheads. The cleansing effectiveness is not great for an oil-based product.

The cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad either.
ConsIt doesn't seem particularly effective at removing whiteheads or blackheads. Given that it's an oil-based product, you might want to consider using a different type of cleanser if you're looking for those specific results.

I bought 4 bottles when there was a buy-one-get-one-free deal with an additional discount, so it was incredibly cheap. I've used about 2/3 of one bottle so far. I always used lip and eye makeup remover before, and since my skin often breaks out, I avoided cleansing oils completely - the word 'oil' alone made me hesitant. But when I saw it on sale and researched it, I found many people were using it! First off, the ingredients are so gentle that it doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. Of course, when mixed with heavy makeup, there's a slight tingling sensation, but when I'm just wearing sunscreen or light makeup, I can open my eyes while massaging without any discomfort, which is great. I usually massage for less than a minute, emulsify for about 30 seconds, rinse off, and then follow up with a foam cleanser. When I used only foam cleanser, my skin felt so tight it was almost painful before applying skincare products. But when using this oil, my skin feels much more hydrated after cleansing with no tightness at all. While the cleansing oil alone is sufficient for a thorough and moisturizing deep cleanse, I personally don't like the slightly slippery feeling, so I still use a foam cleanser afterward. It's gentle and cleanses quite effectively, so I'll definitely keep purchasing it even after I finish this bottle.
ConsIt removed Holika Holika mascara cleanly, but Peripera mascara didn't come off well. I think I'll need to use a separate makeup remover for that. I bought it hoping it would remove blackheads and whiteheads, but it's not effective for sebum removal.

Cleansing effectiveness I was really worried that because it's gentle, it might not cleanse well. But it removes makeup surprisingly well (based on using sunscreen and foundation). 2. Ingredients It's very mild. While babies wouldn't use this, the ingredients seem so gentle that even if they did, it would probably be fine!
Cons1. Whiteheads/Blackheads It doesn't seem to remove sebum very effectively. Even though I diligently massaged my nose to emulsify and rubbed thoroughly, the blackheads didn't disappear dramatically. >> With consistent use, they do come out better, but they also seem to reappear quickly. I feel like the blackheads are gradually becoming less noticeable though.

I have sensitive skin, so I'm careful even with natural oils, but this one didn't cause any allergic reactions. It's so mild that I think it'll be great for frequent use! The scent! I'm quite sensitive to smells and was worried it might smell odd without added fragrances, but it's not strange or overpowering at all. It has a subtle scent, though I don't really detect much apricot. The slip! Being a cleansing oil, I expected it to be super slippery, but it's not as slick as some oils. There's no squeaky clean feeling, but imagine it's slightly more slippery than a low pH cleanser. Cleansing power! While I don't typically wear heavy makeup, it removes everything from base makeup to eyeshadow and glitter (I don't use eyeliner, so can't comment on that). However, it seems less effective on heavily pigmented products. Maybe it's just me? The cleansing power seems average or slightly below compared to other oils. The texture is what you'd expect from an oil, but a bit thicker than usual. They included a sticker to mark the opening date! Even with an expiration date, products can spoil depending on when they're opened and the weather, so make sure to keep track. As someone with dry skin who wants moisturized skin even after cleansing, I was pleased. My face didn't feel tight for about 5 minutes after washing.
ConsWell, for pore care, don't expect blackheads or whiteheads to magically disappear. It just slightly prevents them from protruding. I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for intense pore management. The cleansing power is... not great for an oil. It doesn't remove pigmentation well from heavily tinted products.

It's incredibly effective at clearing out excess oil.
ConsIt doesn't seem to work well on whiteheads or blackheads though. Also, the amount you get is too small.
