As someone with combination dehydrated skin who can't live without powder, I stumbled upon this powder specifically designed for my skin type. Here's my experience: 1. Skin Appearance: When applied, it gives a slightly blurred effect, as if you've used a filter app. While it's not as dramatic as a concealer, it brightens the complexion and reduces unevenness. With mask-wearing, I've been applying more powder to minimize foundation transfer. Even with extra application, it doesn't look cakey but finishes with a soft, velvety texture! After completing my makeup and using a setting spray, there was no pilling. 2. Longevity: Following my usual base routine and applying this powder, I noticed my skin stayed matte for longer! Although I have combination dehydrated skin, my oily tendencies become more pronounced in summer. Realistically, no powder can keep you completely oil-free forever (I've tried many popular ones, and oil always surfaces eventually). However, this one delayed oil breakthrough significantly. When oil did appear, there was no patchiness - just a slight sheen. 3. Touch-ups: For touch-ups, I simply blot with oil-absorbing sheets and reapply this product. It refreshes my makeup beautifully! The slight brightening effect even seems to counteract foundation oxidation. 4. Eye Makeup Base: I used to only use eye primer, but summer heat was causing creasing. By layering this powder over my eye primer, I found it prevented creasing effectively! While I don't often use puffs except for touch-ups, I found the included puff a bit rough and potentially irritating to the skin. Also, the finger pocket on the puff is quite small, making it difficult to use comfortably. Here's a tip for long-lasting summer makeup, incorporating this product: Skincare -> Sunscreen -> Setting spray -> Let dry -> Foundation -> Concealer -> Setting spray -> Let dry -> Powder -> Color makeup -> Setting spray This layering technique seems to significantly delay makeup breakdown!
