I usually prefer lighter textures like toners, emulsions, and essences for skincare, so I really love this gentle cleansing milk type :) • The pump-type container makes it convenient to use, and the top can be twisted to open and close, which is great for sealing the opening after use - Cleansing Effectiveness & Irritation: • When wearing only sunscreen or light powder makeup: In this case, I can complete cleansing without irritation by using the Cream Skin Cleanser all over my face, and if needed, I use it once more • For heavy makeup: For waterproof products like eyeliner and mascara, I first remove makeup with a lip and eye remover -> cleanse the whole face with this cleanser -> cleanse areas like the nose and T-zone once more if needed => While it's not super strong in cleansing power, I'm satisfied because it doesn't irritate even with multiple cleansings and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight afterwards • I've almost finished the whole bottle without any skin irritation, and it doesn't sting or burn even if it gets in my eyes, which is great
ConsIn my case, I didn't buy this product expecting perfect cleansing power, so I was actually satisfied that it cleanses well without irritation even after multiple uses :) However, for those who want perfect removal of heavy makeup like eyeliner and mascara, it might be a bit disappointing

I have combination dehydrated skin that becomes even drier as winter approaches. With my previous cleanser, I'd feel a slight tightness after washing, but with this Laneige cleanser, there's absolutely no feeling of deep dryness. The texture is similar to typical cream cleansers, but it comes in a pump bottle which makes it super convenient to use. I'm already using it, and just like how the Laneige Cream Skin is perfect for my skin, I think I'll be sticking with this cleanser too. Laneige for the win!
ConsI wanted to give it five stars, but there's one small drawback - its cleansing effectiveness is a bit weak. It easily removes light makeup like sunscreen or BB cream, but for full makeup, you definitely need to use a dedicated makeup remover first. I don't usually wear heavy makeup, so I don't have a specific remover. On days when I do wear a full face, if I don't use my regular oil cleanser first, quite a bit of residue remains. That's the only slight disappointment, which is why I deducted one star!

The pump bottle is convenient and hygienic! 2. If you dislike an oily finish, you'll probably love this. 3. It's gentle, so I used it with peace of mind. 4. Personally, I found it great for use on makeup-free days!
Cons1. Disappointing cleansing effectiveness (I'll attach a photo) I wear foundation, eyebrow makeup, eyeshadow, contouring, etc., excluding mascara and eyeliner. It doesn't remove makeup well. Even when I rubbed vigorously with my hands, it didn't come off easily. I can only imagine how it would fare with eyeliner and mascara... 2. Poor value for money - it's too expensive 3. Texture Personally, I prefer something slightly richer rather than completely watery, so I wasn't fond of the feel. Also, it's so watery that using 3-4 pumps as instructed isn't nearly enough for the whole face.
TipUsing it with a cotton pad makes it more convenient and significantly improves its cleansing effectiveness.

I even have deep dryness! My skin is so sensitive that if a product doesn't suit me, it immediately turns red and shows. However, this product has a pH of 5.5, making it quite gentle, which I really appreciate. It has a slightly runny texture, and after cleansing, rather than feeling soft, it leaves a slight film-like sensation. I wasn't too fond of the finish, but since I always do a second cleanse anyway, it wasn't a big deal. The main advantage seems to be how gentle it is on the skin. I think this would be perfect for those who wear light makeup.
ConsAs someone with sensitive skin prone to blemishes, I often have to wear heavier makeup and concealer. Cleansing Effectiveness: Despite many reviews praising its cleansing power, I found it extremely weak. It's not like I'm wearing stage makeup or anything! The concealer wouldn't come off completely, leaving residue on the surface like dirt. When I rubbed it, I realized it was leftover concealer. I really can't recommend this for those who wear heavy base makeup or use concealer frequently like me. The cleansing power is just too weak. Oil Control: I have combination dehydrated skin, so oil control is crucial for me. This cleanser didn't remove any excess oil at all. I usually use cleansing to unclog my pores, but after using this, my pores remained clogged and I even developed a couple more blemishes. After-feel: I didn't like the film-like feeling it left on my skin. No matter how gentle it claims to be, it doesn't seem to suit my skin type at all. I don't think I'll be purchasing this product again.
TipSince it doesn't require water, you can just massage it in with clean hands. To be honest, I couldn't find any special tips for this product, which is disappointing. The only thing I can say is that it's gentle... just gentle.

During seasonal changes like now, when skin tends to be rough and sensitive, this gentle and moisturizing cleanser is perfect. Gentle: I usually avoid cleansing pads or wipes as they irritate my skin. For the same reason, even cotton pads soaked in cleansing water can sometimes be harsh. However, this Laneige cleanser is less irritating, not too oily, and allows for a gentle cleanse. Convenient: Unlike typical cleansing oils that require emulsification, this cleanser works without that extra step! That's what I loved most about it.
ConsPrice: The full-size product isn't as affordable as I expected. It might be best to wait for a sale! Not ideal for point makeup: For eye and lip makeup, you'll need to use a dedicated remover. This cleanser alone doesn't completely remove those types of makeup.
TipNo matter how gentle a cleanser is, it's always best to use a generous amount and massage it in circular motions for the best results.
