I really like how well this suits my skin type. It's a great match for me. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I can't think of any downsides. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 4, 2023
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I could never use oil cleansers before, but finally I can use this one! It's super convenient since it doesn't need to be neutralized. It's less irritating than cleansing water and has stronger cleansing effectiveness than cleansing milk. Although they say neutralization isn't necessary, skipping it entirely doesn't seem to leave a completely clean finish. Also, its cleansing power is a bit weak for eye makeup. For those with combination dehydrated skin, after using an oil cleanser, it's better to follow up with a foaming cleanser that leaves your skin squeaky clean rather than one that's too moisturizing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2022
Unlike typical cleansing oils that can feel slippery, this one removes makeup gently and effectively without that greasy sensation! Since it's a milk oil and naturally white, it's a bit tricky to tell if it's emulsifying properly. - dd********Dry SkinJun 5, 2022
Skin type: Dry (face feels tight after cleansing) Gentle and non-irritating Convenient formula that doesn't require emulsification - can be rinsed off immediately after massaging Unlike previous oils I've used, it feels like it doesn't cleanse as thoroughly - whiteheads are starting to build up around the sides of my nose (When using oils, I rarely needed to exfoliate except in mid-winter or during sudden environmental changes, but with this I'm doing it almost weekly) I had high hopes for hydration since I use Laneige Cream Skin, but there's no noticeable effect (face still feels tight after cleansing) A second cleanse is not optional, but necessary - wa*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 7, 2021
The ingredients are exceptionally clean, causing no irritation. Despite being mildly acidic, it has decent cleansing effectiveness. I appreciated that there was no deep dryness after washing my face. The price is a bit steep, which is disappointing. The watery consistency means you need to pump out quite a bit, so it seems like it will run out quickly. While massaging it for cleansing, it feels like it might absorb too fast. Given its mild acidity, on days when I wear makeup, following up with a bubble cleanser for a second cleanse seems to provide more thorough cleansing while reducing the chance of deep dryness. - su*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 3, 2021
It's gentle and non-irritating. At first, I thought the cleansing effectiveness might be poor, but after pumping 4-5 times and gently massaging, it removes all foundation, even from between the pores. If it starts to feel a bit dry, I just pump another 4-5 times and massage again. It's convenient as it doesn't require emulsification. The name 'oil' is a bit misleading - it's more like a cleansing cream. You'll need a separate remover for point makeup (lips/eyes). You have to use quite a lot at once, so it might run out quickly. It's best to use about 10 pumps in total, divided into several applications. I massaged for over a minute. This way, it cleanses the skin effectively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2021
The milky texture provides a gentle and moisturizing cleanse. The scent is nearly fragrance-free, making it non-irritating. After the second cleanse, my skin feels less dry than usual. Due to its milky consistency, the product sometimes solidifies at the pump nozzle. It's not suitable for use as a sole cleanser. It doesn't rinse off completely with water, leaving a slightly oily finish. When followed by a mild or low-pH second cleanser, it can feel like there's still residue on the skin. Use a cleanser with strong cleansing effectiveness for your second cleanse. - vi********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedApr 5, 2021
As I've been applying sunscreen daily, I wanted to find a gentle, slightly acidic cleanser for my second cleanse. That's when I came across this product and decided to give it a try. It's been about a month since I purchased it, and as someone with dry skin, I've been using it without any blemishes. It's great for those evenings when I just want to cleanse at home. Being a low pH product, it doesn't leave that squeaky clean feeling when you massage it on your face and rinse with water - it feels more smooth and silky. I personally prefer this sensation, but I suppose it's a matter of personal preference. When I use this for my second cleanse followed by the AHC foam cleanser, it creates a nice, slightly squeaky feeling that works well for removing makeup. Due to the oily nature of the product, it can feel a bit slippery, so for eye makeup removal, I prefer using a water-based remover first, then following up with this milky oil cleanser for the rest of my face. This combination seems to be more effective in removing all traces of makeup. The only downside is that it doesn't remove point makeup as effectively. For best results, I recommend washing your hands thoroughly before using this to remove your makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinJan 13, 2021
I loved how it didn't leave my skin feeling tight after cleansing, but instead left it soft. (I personally enjoy that slippery feeling after washing...) No need for emulsification, and it can be used on wet skin, which made the cleansing process less of a hassle. Achieves a hydrating cleanse! As it's a non-foaming product that leaves a slippery feeling after rinsing, it was difficult to tell if I had cleansed thoroughly enough. I'm not sure if it was due to a new foundation I started using or this oil cleanser, but I experienced a sudden outbreak of blemishes, so I've temporarily stopped using it. Unfortunately, the skin issues are persisting. I'll have to give it another try once my skin calms down. - hy********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 5, 2021
For a cleansing oil, it's not overly greasy or oily. It's the epitome of hydration. Even for my oily skin, it wasn't too heavy. The cleansing effectiveness is slightly lacking, but since I don't wear much makeup, I actually found its gentleness to be a plus.
