I have combination skin and lately I've been experiencing more blemishes and a weakened skin barrier. I was looking for a cream that could soothe and regenerate my skin when I was lucky enough to be selected as a Hwahae Tester. One of the good points is that when I applied this cream in the evening after my aloe gel, the hydration lasted until the next morning, preventing my skin from feeling dry and flaky. However, if you have oily skin with high sebum production, you might need to be careful with the amount you apply. I haven't been able to use this product consistently as I'm currently undergoing treatment for blemishes at a dermatology clinic, but I think it could be worth trying for those struggling with dry, troubled skin! I only recently found out I was selected as a Hwahae Tester, so I picked up the package from the delivery locker a bit late. I'll update with more details as I notice changes in my skin.
Cons(Update) It stings. After applying this, the areas with acne sting a lot. I'm not sure if this is good or bad for my skin... The stinging does subside gradually, but it makes me a bit anxious. It's hard to expect dramatic effects, but I think if you use it consistently to keep your skin hydrated, you might notice changes over time! As the weather is getting colder, I think this product might really shine when it becomes drier. However, since it's not completely cool yet, it feels a bit heavy to apply in the morning.
TipI apply it using my pinky finger because I don't have a spatula. I wish they could improve that aspect!

It has a slightly thick consistency, but when applied to the skin, it provides an abundance of hydration. During dry seasons like now, applying it up to the neck keeps the skin moisturized for a long time. Even with a thin layer, it offers great hydration and improves skin texture. It leaves the skin feeling both soft and moisturized, and in the morning, your face feels smooth when washing. I'm not a fan of runny creams, so this texture is just perfect for me.
ConsThe main drawback is definitely the price. The quantity is too small for the cost, which seems a bit excessive. Despite not having any dramatically impressive effects, it feels overpriced. I'm not particularly concerned about the design or fragrance, so while the packaging might be a bit plain, it doesn't bother me much. Additionally, during winter when my skin becomes flaky and sensitive, applying this cream can sting quite a bit. I have atopic dermatitis, so sometimes when my skin barrier weakens, my skin becomes thin and irritated. I'm usually careful about skincare products, and many recent releases are quite gentle, but this one seems particularly irritating. Of course, this could vary from person to person. When my skin is in good condition, it doesn't sting. If you have sensitive skin like mine, I'd recommend patch testing before use.
TipThis seems suitable as a night cream, and it's great to apply frequently when your skin feels dry.

ConsIt stung a bit on areas where I had a lot of blemishes. The texture is extremely thick and doesn't feel like a typical moisturizer. For me, the tingling sensation was too intense, so I didn't really like it. I'm not sure if it just doesn't suit my skin type.
