It absorbs quickly for a cream of its consistency. - When applied after washing your face at night, you wake up without any feeling of deep dryness. - Suitable for combination dehydrated skin with slight sensitivity. It doesn't cause any blemishes and helps refine skin texture.
Cons- When you twist open the lid, there's an inner seal that tends to stick to the cap.
TipMore of a pro tip than a hack: For evening use, layer toner, a light serum, and this Silk Creamer for best results.

I usually have combination dehydrated skin where oil builds up on my face overnight, but for the first time ever, when I use this cream before bed, my face feels smooth in the morning! It's not because of oil, but it feels like my skin regenerated overnight. Although I didn't find the application great, it absorbs so well that I didn't mind! It really absorbs into the skin perfectly! It's absolutely amazing for calming the skin! I deliberately applied this cream after extracting acne without using any mask, and it soothed my skin incredibly well. The next day, no one could tell I had done extractions. It's truly excellent for soothing! Hydration For normal skin types, it would probably be hydrating, but it might be a bit dry for very dry skin! I'm saying this because I have extremely dry skin. For normal skin, I think it would be perfectly moisturizing without being too rich! I liked that the hydration lasted long even with just one application. Firmness It's really firm and elastic! I loved how it adhered to the skin with a firm, bouncy feeling. You can still feel the firmness the next day.
ConsFirst, the absorption... Because I have dry skin, I tend to apply cream multiple times, but this one doesn't spread easily, so you need to apply it with a bit of a pause between layers. It can leave a white cast due to its firm texture. And a slight dryness? It's moisturizing, but somehow it also feels a bit dry... I have very dry skin, but it feels moisturizing yet not completely hydrating? It was like it was 2% short of perfect hydration. The next day, I wanted that deep, lasting moisture, but it didn't quite deliver! But please keep in mind that I have extremely dry skin!

But after applying it, I felt how smooth it made my skin. Initially, I wasn't sure about the right amount and applied it generously, but it absorbed quickly even with the excess. It's not just moisturizing, it feels like it's deeply hydrating. It reminds me of the Sulwhasoo Finishing cream, giving that skin-coating effect... After my morning cleanse and skincare routine, it feels like I've applied a primer, leaving my skin feeling sleek and smooth. I use this cream after my toner and carrot serum (water-based lifting essence), and it leaves my face with a nice glow without any tightness. While I might get a few blemishes in the first couple of days, if I persevere and use it consistently for a week, I notice improved radiance, texture, and reduced appearance of fine lines. Unlike other rich creams that make my face oily by the next day (is it just me?), this cream leaves my skin feeling soft and powdery. They didn't call it 'Silk' for nothing...
ConsIf I had to nitpick... While it might depend on how much you apply, you might get a few blemishes in the first couple of days, but if you leave them alone, they'll disappear in about 10 days. I have a habit of popping blemishes as soon as they appear, so now I have some scars on my face, but you really don't need to touch them. And... Given its price point, even though the cream is good, I'm torn about whether to make it a staple in my routine. (It's worth the price when you use it, but it's a bit burdensome for consistent use...)
TipYou might think that after applying toner, essence, and cream, your skin would never feel tight, but if you feel like it's not fully absorbed or the oils are sitting on top, try warming your palms and pressing them against your cheeks and forehead. This seems to be a good method to enhance absorption.

It spreads easily and absorbs surprisingly well, leaving my skin feeling soft and supple. *Fantastic makeup base The texture gives you that instant feeling that it'll work wonders as a makeup base! I finally got to use a foundation that usually doesn't sit well on my skin. This has become my go-to cream before applying makeup. *A protective moisturizing layer It doesn't feel like it's deeply hydrating, but more like it's creating a protective moisturizing layer. When I apply it before bed, I can still feel a slight slip to my skin in the morning. But it's not unpleasant - it feels like it's enveloping and protecting my skin with moisture, which I really like!
Cons*Slight blemishes and irritation I experienced some minor blemishes after using this. When I first applied it, there was a slight tingling sensation, but it quickly subsided. While the product itself seems gentle, it just wasn't the best fit for my skin. *Steep price tag I got to try this as part of The Hwahae Testers, but if I were to buy it, I think it's a bit too expensive for what it offers. *Packaging Given that it's not a thick cream, a tube packaging might have been more suitable. Usually, products like this come with a spatula, but this one didn't. For hygiene reasons, I think including a spatula would have been better.
TipMake sure to use this before applying makeup!! It's truly a 'makeup-friendly' cream!

It's moisturizing and hydrating, making it perfect under makeup. I love how it's hydrating without being sticky and absorbs well. As the weather's getting cooler and drier, I think this is just right for this season! ✔️Scent and texture It has a subtle fragrance! I personally prefer unscented products, but I'm satisfied that it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients! The texture feels slightly heavier than an aqua cream. ✔️Skin barrier strengthening Above all, my skin felt comfortable after application. Even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any reactions and found it gentle! This is what I like most about it. My skin has become sensitive recently, and the more I use this gentle product, the firmer my skin feels.
ConsThe downside is the high price and small amount. I'm not sure if I'd find it worth buying with my own money...
TipIf you apply it generously before bed, you'll wake up with hydrated skin and a noticeably improved complexion.

The product photo is already uploaded, so I'll skip that.* Skin type: Combination skin, redness after cleansing (sensitive), currently experiencing blemishes around the mouth 1. Hydration - Initially, I thought it would be super oily due to its thick texture, but after about 30 minutes, it absorbed well. Post-absorption, it wasn't overly sticky or greasy. Great for nighttime hydration. 2. Application - I value how a product applies, as poor application requires more rubbing, which can irritate the skin. I'd give this product 8/10 for application! 3. Scent - I prefer unscented products as fragrances are chemical compounds that may linger on the skin. While not completely fragrance-free, it doesn't have an artificial scent, so it didn't bother me much. 4. Skin barrier improvement - I noticed some effects. My skin's redness reduced compared to before using this product, and overall, my skin felt more resilient. Overall pros - Rich hydration, no redness upon application, noticeable skin barrier improvement. It suited my skin well and is an excellent night cream!!!
Cons1. Pricey for the amount - No matter how good a product is, a hefty price tag can be off-putting. The 50,000 won price point is steep, though it's manageable if used only at night. 2. Greasiness and stickiness - While I mentioned earlier that it's not too greasy or sticky, that's when used before bed. For daytime use, it's a bit too heavy, so I don't use it daily. I worry it might attract more dust and pollutants to my skin... haha. 3. Packaging - As you can see, it's an open-lid type, which concerns me more than tube or pump types regarding dust exposure and having to use fingers to apply. I didn't see any extraordinary effects that justify the price. At this price point and quantity, I'd likely choose a different product. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints!
TipRecommended for: - Those wanting a hydrating night cream - People needing skin barrier improvement - Dry or combination skin types without excess oil - Those with a flexible budget Not recommended for: - Oily skin types - absolutely not suitable - Those seeking a daily cream - People with severe inflammatory acne I used this generously after my exfoliating toner before bed. If it were more affordable, I'd consider repurchasing, but at this price point, I'll likely look for alternatives!

ConsThe amount you get isn't particularly generous, and the price isn't exactly budget-friendly. Also, I experienced some blemishes while using it. It might be due to my upcoming period, so I'll have to check again after it's over to be sure.

Cons* The regular price is quite steep. * While the large volume is nice, the packaging is very simple for the price point. * Might not provide enough hydration for dry skin in winter as a standalone cream. May need to supplement with other hydrating products. * The brightening ingredients seem to leave a slight stickiness after absorption.
TipSeems more suitable for oily or combination skin types. Could work for dry skin if looking for an all-in-one anti-aging and brightening cream.

Even applying a lot of Physiogel doesn't make it too greasy (I even apply it before work in the morning). Also, my nose and cheekbone areas are sensitive - when I'm tired, redness starts from the cheekbones, and applying various products doesn't seem to improve it much. <<Advantages>> *Texture: It has a slightly viscous, rich texture, but it absorbs into the skin moisturizing when applied. Since I usually use heavier, oil-based cosmetics, this felt much lighter and more hydrating compared to what I'm currently using. The texture was really great. *While I can't speak to the whitening and anti-wrinkle effects as I haven't used it long enough, it had a good soothing effect when applied after using a clay mask that caused irritation. It didn't have a significant effect on my always-tingling cheekbone area, but when applied all over, my skin felt comfortably at ease. *The fragrance was pleasant. *The hydration lasted long. I have extremely dry skin, so in winter I often mix oils into my basic cream, sunscreen, etc., and apply Physiogel frequently. While this product isn't as rich as Physiogel, it seems to maintain moisture longer compared to other creams. (Of course, I still reapplied several times due to dryness) This might be good for those who want lasting hydration without oiliness.
Cons*Although it applies moisturizing and absorbs quickly, there's a slight stickiness that doesn't seem suitable for basic morning skincare. So I mainly used it at night. *The price is quite high. While the quantity is relatively large, due to the high price, I would use it during sales or mix oil with a similar cream instead.
TipWhen your face is irritated, applying this generously before bed has a soothing effect on the skin!

I really love this product. First off, I appreciate how it applies without feeling heavy. Previous products I've used were a bit excessive, leaving my skin feeling stuffy and sticky. However, the Derma Healing Silk Creamer provides just the right amount of moisture with a perfect weight. It feels like it absorbs quickly into the skin. I'm not sure about the brightening effects yet. I'll need to use it more to tell, but I definitely feel like my skin texture has improved.
ConsI haven't found any drawbacks yet... Maybe just the high price point?
