This product has been in use for several years. It can completely replace shampoo and body wash! I started using it to travel light while learning to swim, and the ingredients are good, and the biggest advantage is that I can do everything with just one. When I first used it a couple of times, the lather wasn't as abundant as regular shampoo, and the cleansing power seemed a bit weak, but it seems like I needed some time to get used to it. If you use a loofah to generate enough lather and use it, it's the best!! I don't bother with rinses or treatments, but the hairstylist said my hair condition is the best among those who don't manage it. When I used strongly scented perfume shampoos, my scalp would always be itchy and easily turn red, but I don't have any of those problems anymore.
