As someone with super sensitive skin prone to atopic dermatitis that flares up immediately with unsuitable cosmetics, I'm now on my 4th bottle of this! It's so gentle and works wonders for me. There wasn't really anything disappointing, but if I had to pick something, the lid wouldn't close completely after continued use. However, it seems they've recently redesigned it because now the lid closes perfectly!
