The scent of the houttuynia cordata was not bad and was quite nice. After washing my face and my skin becoming slightly reddened, if I apply a toner-soaked cotton pad to my face, it seems to calm down a bit.
Cons

Unfortunately, it seems my skin does not agree with the houttuynia cordata. It absorbs quickly and doesn't seem to lack moisture. I don't think I'll be repurchasing it.
Cons
It doesn't seem to have any effect on calming or reducing my blemishes. I've been getting quite a few lately - they're red and big. I think I'll have to go back to the product I was using before... And the packaging is all in English, which is really annoying.
